Roda Oasis Hotel & Apartments is celebrated for its cleanliness and modern amenities, with guests often noting the well-maintained rooms, although some have raised concerns about room size and noise. While the high-spec shower rooms receive positive remarks, opinions are mixed regarding the value, considering additional costs for air conditioning and events. This was our first time travelling to Corfu. From the moment we arrived at the Roda Oasis we was greeted by Kostas who made us all feel very welcome and relaxed. Our rooms were spacious, each with balcony. The rooms have air conditioning at a small charge payable at reception. The bathrooms have showers WC and sink. The hotel has a lovely pool, pool bar and sunbed area. Natalie, Nikkos and Jackie are on hand to take your drink and snack orders. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff they are all so friendly and caring, they remember your names which I thought was a very personal touch. Kostas and Nikkos are the owners and work extremely hard. The hotel has bed and breakfast or half board option. Breakfast is served to you by Natalie and it is a continental breakfast. All staff wear face masks and hand sanitizer are placed around the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaners worked really hard to keep the hotel spotless and were really lovely ladies. The hotel would suit all ages. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was upset to leave. When we arrived back home my husband and I booked to travel back to the hotel for our wedding anniversary the following week for 5 days as we loved it so much. Kostas,Nikkos, Natalie and Jackie made our trip so special and one we will never forget. We have made friends for life. The bar was really well stocked and had a good cocktail menu. My husband is undecided who makes the best Bloody Mary Kostas or Nikkos but it was very close. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend the hotel.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were made to feel welcome by the friendly, polite and caring staff at this hotel. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of our room and the public areas. All public areas were being sanitised all day long. Around the pool the sun beds, tables and chairs at the pool bar were sanitised before and after anyone had used them......even the floor around the tables was sanitised. The pool area is lovely, never needed to rush to get a sun bed and they all have parasols. The pool itself is clean and well looked after. Food and drink from the pool bar is reasonable priced and served by two lovely ladies Natalie and Jackie who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel owners, brothers, Kostas and Nicos are perfect hosts, even remembering our names, which is lovely considering the number of guests they have! Breakfast is served by Natalie and is either full English or continental, both of which were fresh and tasty. The hotel is in a great location, only a ten minute walk into the village. All in all we had a fantastic ten days and would highly recommend the Roda Oasis. Thank you Kostas, Nicos, Natalie and Jackie for making our holiday one of the best.

We had a very last minute stay here and we were not disappointed, spotlessly clean, happy friendly and most importantly helpful staff everywhere.

It is located on a fairly 'busy' (for Greece) road, no road noise issues, but we felt safe walking to and from Roda town at all times of the day/night (there is a supermarket on route to grab water/essentials for the day). We were able to park our Quad bike on the drive (recommend you hire one and explore) without problem.

The room had a brand new bathroom which was small (spotless), but perfectly formed. We did have to pay 7 euros per day for Aircon but it was worth it, new system and the staff came and talked us through the mechanics of it. Coming back after dinner to a lovely, well stocked and reasonable bar was a bonus.

We would not hesitate to return. Thank You

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Roda oasis hotel and we have had a brilliant week. We booked last minute as our holiday to Spain was thrown into dismay due to the coronavirus restrictions and we still wanted a holiday. We are a family of 9 adults and 3 children ranging from 20 months - 74 years of age and this hotel suited us well. Our room was the superior double (sleeps 3) as we had a toddler with us and I emailed the hotel a week before arrival asking for a cot to be placed in our room. They emailed back almost immediately and accommodated this request for us. The rooms are quite small but we didnt go on holiday to sit in our room all week so that wasnt an issue. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and were immaculate, the shower was very powerful although cold on one morning. My toddler loved having a shower each day! The only downside was us being upstairs and having the buggy and all the gear that comes with a baby to drag up and down every time. The reception area is very well presented and clean and the bar area was well stocked. The pool was great! A small baby pool where my son could stand up and splash about was great and he loved the odd go on the slide. We had two 8 year olds with us and they absolutely loved the pool! Plenty of sunbeds for everyone although must get up early if you want one of the wooden ones on the paved area. The food was lovely when we had lunch here. Breakfast is continental consisting of 2 pieces of thick bread with jam and butter a small croissant some ham and cheese and an egg with yoghurt and honey and juice and tea/coffee. This was more than enough for us and you can have a cooked breakfast for €4.50 if required. They have a Greek night on Tueadays with a barbeque which we didnt stay for but got back to the hotel as the Greek dancing and fire show was starting and although we missed it as we had to take the baby to bed, the rest of our party had a blast. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and it is all on the flat however the road is extremely busy and theres no footpath so must be careful as cars come speeding past and on an evening the may not see you. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so friendly, Jackie was excellent and the lady with the pink hair, I forget her name, was so lovely and friendly. They were all great with the little one and Eleanor was so lovely to him even if he did disturb everyone's peace at breakfast! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at the Roda Oasis for saving our summer 2020 holiday!! We had a wonderful time and we hope to come again in the future!

Family run hotel. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff, our room was cleaned 6 of the days we were there beds were very clean.
Mealtimes were waiter service the only problem for us as we were booked for half board we felt like the poor relation, for the evening meal there was only a choice of two starters and two main meals on offer we could not order from the ala carte menu;
we were booked for 7 nights so this was the menu:
Spaghetti bolognaise or
pork kebab or maybe a chicken kebab

Beef stew or
pork kebab or chicken kebab

Chicken salad or
pork kebab or chicken kebab

Cheese Pizza
and again kebabs and chips with everything.

Each nights dessert was tinned peaches with cream or ice cream
Ice cream
tinned fruit salad with artificial cream

Breakfast was choice of a continental breakfast (greek version) or toast with jam if we wanted a cooked breakfast it was 4.50 euros extra
The swimming pool was kept very clean a man cleaned it every evening.
As soon as you left the hotel and started to walk down the road towards the beach it was very untidy with rubbish all down the sides of the road. The beach was very dirty with plastic bottles everywhere and bags of rubbish. One has to walk on the main road in places as there is no pavements. There are a few nice beach cafes that have friendly staff. In fact in one the food was better than the hotel.
The hotel holds a Greek bbq each tuesday with pork/chicken kebabs
plus two greek dancers.

It's been 11 years since I last came to corfu and stayed at this hotel.(long story).
Just spent a wonderful week here and it's been brilliant. Costas and Nikos, the brothers who run this hotel are the most welcoming and genuine people you could ever meet.
They remember the name of every single guest,I've never been anywhere where the owners or staff have done that. They always have a smile and nothing is any bother. They remembered me even after 11 years!
The hotel and grounds are kept immaculate and you can see that a lot of time, effort and love has been continually invested here..it was always a lovely hotel but now its stunning. The rooms are fairly simple(covid safe) but cleaned every day and have everything you need.If not,you only have to ask.
The food is lovely, with a restaurant and a poolside snack bar.The village centre is only a 10min walk for more tavernas and shops.
We felt very safe here during our stay, the staff all wore face masks at all times, hand sanitizer readily available, tables+ seating distanced etc.
A lot of other guests are repeat custom and that says a lot.We cant wait to go back in June next year.
We would just like to thank Costas +Nikos, Jackie+Natalie, and all the other staff who made our stay the best it could be. Stay safe and see you next year!!❤

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Roda Oasis Hotel. The hotel is run and owned by two brothers who were so very welcoming. We were in room 15 on the ground floor with a view to the garden. The hotel is spotlessly clean and had a new feel to it. The pool area was lovely and there is a pool bar where you can buy drinks and an area to have lunch. We had lunch a few times and they were good value.
The cleaners were all friendly and cleaned our room everyday with fresh towels twice a week. There is a lovely lady Jackie who assists the brothers with running the bar and serving food and she is certainly an asset to the hotel.
We were on a bed & breakfast basis and the breakfast was ok for what we paid, fresh bread, cheese, ham, omelettes ( not cooked to order though) yoghurt and honey, but you could order a full English breakfast for €5, we personally did not have this but some people did and it looked very good. Hand sanitizer and disposable gloves were to be used when helping yourself to the food, which I personally thought was good hygiene, especially with Covid.
Drinks at the bar were slightly on the expensive side but only to be expected as it is a small hotel so they need to cover their costs.
I would absolutely recommend the hotel due to the cleanliness and the lovely staff.
The only fault and that is not the hotels fault, is the walk along the main road to the beach as the pathway is practically non existent and is very rough terrain!

We first visited this hotel in August for a weeks hotel and enjoyed the family, friendly atmosphere so much we decided to grab a last min break at the end of September. We were not disappointed with our 2nd visit the hotel, rooms and public areas as spotless and any requests nothing is too much trouble eg extra pillows. The first time we stayed in August we went half board due to our first visit to Roda so did not know what the restaurants etc were like. The food and breakfast was lovely and due to the current situation continental breakfast was served to you which was not a problem and very filling. The Greek nice was fantastic. For saying this hotel is only 3 star rating I was really impressed on how modern and clean it is we usually stay in 4/5star hotels but because this is a small hotel it’s just what we like. Hopefully we will be visiting again in May for my birthday

We have just returned from an 11 night break in roda Oasis hotel having been to the resort before we were looking forward to a small family run hotel instead of a big one which is what we were used to.
We as previously told we’re pleased with the greeting by kosta but surprised by the cost of air con and additional charges we did not expect it so I checked jet2 and it is in small print so my mistake for not noticing then we were told we would have to pay extra for cooked breakfast 6 euro another surprise. We tried it the next morning and we’re decided it was not worth it the continental breakfast was very limited and not very appealing so we only ate it several times .
As our family were in another hotel we never spent much time here and unfortunately it became obvious that this did not go down too well with certain staff members who’s attitude to us changed !!!
This hotel is spotless and cleaning staff work very hard but it feel very ridged with rules and no flexibility ie no to extra towels no to eating lunch at the reception area which is cooler not flexible when I asked about shower room in day if departure was met with an indifference attire
It is obvious that they are trying to get as much money from you as possible but that a real shame as the hotel as I said was nice and clean but had no real personality
The walk to the resort is hot and dangerous on a main road with no real path not a great hotel for kids perfect for couples that want peace and quiet.
I would not return to this hotel due to it location and too many money making extras but as I said it’s very clean and small and comfortable so I have mixed feelings about it

Response from Kostas Giannakis, General Manager at Roda Oasis Hotel & Apartments
Responded Aug 15, 2022
Dear Esta, Thank you very much for your feedback; but it is not the hotel's fault that you did not know about the Extra Costs. As far as i know there is not any hotel in Roda working with a Tour operator that does not charge Extra for aircondition or Cooked English Breakfast. Most of our guests are very well informed about the Extra Costs. The breakfast that you did pay for is Continental. If you do have a look of what Continental breakfast consists of you will realise that the hotel offers much more every day!! Moreover, the attitude of the hotel's staff is exactly the same with every single guest. That can be proved by previous reviews referring to holidaymakers visiting the hotel for first time. Most probably you did misunderstand because you did not spend any time at the complex. That is the reason of having "mixed feelings" & being confused! In addition, on the departure day the hotel provides the shower room to all the guests departing late. The issue of eating lunch at the reception area & not at the restaurant i really do not comprehend! To conclude, Roda Oasis hotel provides to all the valued guests exactly the same service and the staff tries very hard to make sure that everyone has great & memorable holidays. I personally believe that the rating is unfair!! Finally, i am looking forward to holidaying with us again in the near future !! Thank you.

Well what can I say once again we had the most amazing fun time at the Roda Oasis. Always the most friendliest welcome when we arrive.

The owners Kostas and Nickos and family's always go out of their way to make your holiday very special for everyone nothing is too much trouble.

The food in the hotel is delicious, the Greek night is definatly one to try. Bingo ,Quiz and Karaoke nights something for everyone. The guys here are the most friendliest and funny people we know.

Brad and Jackie who work the day and night bars work very hard to make sure your holiday is a memorable one.

The cleaners also work hard everyday except Sunday to make sure the rooms are spotless.

This hotel is kept spotless inside and out. Nikos the gardner always maintains the gardens daily.

The air con and safe there is an additional charge as there is in most hotels in Greece
There is a free kettle and small fridge in your room which comes in handy for water ect.

The restaurants and bars are about 10 minutes walk away plenty to choose from again you will get the most friendliest of welcomes.

So overall we had a fantastic time a massive thank you to you all for once again making our holiday special.

Was lovely to catch up with the September crew see you guys next year to do it all again 😁😁😁

So many returning guests return every year to the Roda Oasis just like us we have been returning since 2007 some guests even longer . We can not wait to return again next year yammas

Hello, we came back from Roda Oasis kast month and yet again had a fabulous time. Aircon is 10 euros per night per room but I don't know how much for the safety deposit box. The fridge is free. Alcoholic drinks must be purchased at the pool bar, but you can bring in your own water. The breakfast is continental, buffet style, with the option of a full English for about 6 or 7 Euros. You will definitely enjoy your stay at this lovely hotel! Jackie Bufton
