Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as a base to watch FC Barcleona. The hotel does not have a great deal of curb appeal but the area the hotel is in, is generally fine. The inside of the hotel was very modern. The room, even with single sofa bed made up , was large as was the very nice bathroom and shower. There is no view out of the windows, it just looked at the offices next door. In truth the view has no bearing on the overall quality of the hotel. We had breakfast in hotel which was ok but at 16 Euros, overpriced. We ate once in the restaurant for the evening meal and this was superb and reasonably priced.
The purpose of the visit was to watch the football and visit the Nou Camp. The hotel is about 300 yards from the stadium which was great as it allowed us to do the tour one day and watch the game the next. The thought of getting a taxi to a more city central hotel after the game with 85,000 others was the reason of staying in a hotel near the ground. We were glad we did.
We did visit the main tourist sites during our stay and always took a taxi from outside the hotel. The most we paid was 12 Euros which was to the Templo Expiatorio de la Sagrada Familia.
The price by taxi from the airport was 22 Euros.
Overall the location of the hotel was perfect for us and would use it again if going to watch another game.
The hotel has free wi-fi and there is a gym. Room service is offered but there is no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

I visited Catalonia Rigoletto in August 2014. Excellent room service, beautiful rooms' design and very close to Camp Nou. I suggest the hotel to everyone. I am sure that if I visit Barcelona again I would stay at Catalonia Rigoletto. It has also got a very delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner

I got there after a long transatlantic flight hot and exhausted and they let me into my room early. I turned on the A/C, showered, rested, and went to lunch in the dining room. For 8 euros, I got a salad, swordfish, asparagus and a bowl of cherries from Tarragon.
The staff spoke Catalan and Spanish and English. The bed was comfy, the towels fluffy, the outlets were convenient.
It is NOT a North American style hotel. There is no ice machine or pop machine on the floor. No coffee maker in the room. That's why there is a dining room or room service.
Small, charming, conveniently located on the subway in an affluent neighbourhood.
The staff spoke Catalan and Spanish and English. The bed was comfy, the towels fluffy, the outlets were convenient.
It is NOT a North American style hotel. There is no ice machine or pop machine on the floor. No coffee maker in the room. That's why there is a dining room or room service.

That is a very good hotel and perfectly located for Barca fans.
The hotel is classy and clean, 5 minutes walk from the Camp Nou, and 5 minutes to el Corte Ingles.
The service is great, the people are very friendly, and English is a common language at the hotel.
Rooms are good and neat. The room service is good and the workers are clean.
The room is well but not perfectly equipped. The mini is rich as well.
A good thing about this hotel that it has a mini gym that includes a couple of cardio machines. It is not a big gym, it is actually a normal room with some machines.
On the other hand, the breakfast is great. The make wonderful scrambled eggs and offer delicious milk.
Pros: Good location, clean rooms, good food, great service, free internet
Cons: A bit expensive, can be noisy during games
