My experience in the helping professions include working with individuals of all ages with various issues, my specialty includes working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I also enjoy working with adults. I have extensive experience working with children and families involved in the court systems.

I have 18 years of experience working with children and families in a behavioral health setting and I truly enjoy helping people make positive changes in their lives.

I enjoy serving adults and adolescents and working collaboratively with individuals and families to improve emotional health and overall well-being. My role is to gain a true understanding of each client's goals and challenges and assist in growth and healing. I use a client-centered approach with each individual and draw on various treatment modalities to address obstacles to change. I am skilled in the use of psychodynamic therapy, brainspotting, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, and other treatment models.

Juliet is a current student in the Clinical Mental Health Program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She holds degrees in Special Education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and Lemoyne College. As a teacher she brings skills of individualized care that fosters growth in the whole self. Since graduating in 2008, she has been working in the Omaha area with large and small groups on conflict mediation using the Family Systems model.

I am dedicated to bringing peace to the world, one person, one couple, one family, one community and one organization at a time. My speciality is working with survivors of trauma, high conflict couples and families. We use the DBT skills as the foundation of our program adding the notion of 100% accountability. I am also trained in EMDR, Exposure therapy and CBT for trauma. Many of my clients have substance abuse issues and have yet to find true serenity despite working an AA program. Our program teaches the skills for intimacy and connection...and this brings inner peace.
