When I look back at my career the jobs I’ve loved the most were led by people like this guy. There is no way to leave personal issues out of the office. We’re human. Supporting people with compassion and empathy is key to leadership and simple people management. It doesn’t take money or time to offer some grace as we all navigate the ups and downs of our lives.
Leaders of organizations it's time to get serious about practicing empathy and compassion in a real way!! That's what real company culture is.. and it starts with all of us!
