📈 Fiscal Q3 2024 Revenues out today Pluxee delivers strong growth in Q3 and upgrades Fiscal 2024 organic revenue growth objective. Employees are at the core of who we are and what we do: creating a more joyful and meaningful life. For us, it starts with fostering an equitable and inclusive work environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and respected. Walking the talk, we recorded:  - 86/100 Gender Equality Index globally in 2023  - 45% of women within our global managers community  - 87% of Pluxeers consider that we truly value diversity  and we intend to reach 42% of women in Pluxee leadership positions by 2026, from 38,8% today. Fostering inclusivity is also about better understanding invisible disabilities, which represent around 80% of disabilities worldwide. Pluxee has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Cobee, an innovative Spanish digital player in Employee Benefits.   This marks the first step in the Group's M&A strategy. Through this operation, Pluxee is set to accelerate its growth trajectory within the Spanish market and beyond, and offer a unique proposition for its clients, consumers, merchants and partners. Cobee is a fast-growing Spanish Employee Benefits player that has also expanded its presence to Portugal and Mexico. In only five years, it has delivered strong growth, and its best-in-class technology has been truly pivotal to its success. The combination of Pluxee’s and Cobee’s talents, capabilities, and technology will create the most complete, competitive, and attractive solution in Spain and Mexico, broadening the Group’s existing benefits offering and enhancing its tech capabilities at global scale.   Aurelien Sonet, CEO of Pluxee, comments: “The acquisition of Cobee will represent a significant milestone for Pluxee, strengthening the Group’s position in the Spanish growing and underpenetrated Employee Benefits market. A couple of weeks ago, our leaders from around the world met for a 3-day convention in Barcelona. It was the perfect occasion to celebrate our teams and their achievements during our first-ever Pluxee Awards Ceremony In 2023, our teams truly went above and beyond. They deployed our brand, delivered on our sustainability commitments, developed partnerships with merchants, fostered client satisfaction, promoted inclusion, and accelerated our progress toward Net Zero emissions by 2035. These awards were a perfect opportunity to celebrate past achievements, recognize our teams’ efforts and dedication and reaffirm our determination to meet our growth ambition. Are we ready for the future? Our Chief Human Resources Officer Laure POURAGEAUD answered that question at Workday’s Elevate event in Paris last week, alongside other panellists.   She discussed Pluxee’s journey to become a standalone company and the value of our business towards our communities of partners: offering tech-enabled employee benefits solutions to enhance employee experience and offer them a better life! She also reminded what has made our success : our culture. A bold test and learn culture supported by a digital and tech DNA. The importance of having reliable and accurate HR data is instrumental in becoming a skill-based company and reaching our business goals : adopting talent management practices focused on identifying, developing, and showcasing the key skills necessary for Pluxee’s success and employees’ experience. At Pluxee, the implementation of a Workday-powered HRIS was a key step to reach that goal, offering our managers an efficient solution to guide their teams, from performance evaluation to goal setting, and giving our HR teams a global tool to collect consistent data across our 31 countries, and in each department.   “I’m proud to say that, only one year after launching our HRIS internally, we’ve achieved a coverage of 95% of our workforce, with an average manager satisfaction of 3.4/4. It’s moving day at Pluxee! 📦   This morning, Pluxee colleagues finally stepped into their new office building. The global headquarters are now more than ready to welcome teams from all over the world within its midst.   Do you know what sets our new space apart? Well, it’s not just a regular office! It was co-designed with a panel of collaborators, engaged from Day 1 to make it their own. Employees’ wellbeing was at the forefront of the design from the beginning of the project to its end.    The office truly embodies Pluxee’s digital-native and sustainable identity. Every detail reflects what Pluxee is at its core: a place where experiences are meaningful, innovative, and personalized, for employees around the world.    The space was not only designed to be agile and premium, but also crafted to align with Pluxee’s Net Zero 2035 trajectory goal. We're already on track, as our new office utilizes 100% renewable electricity. 🌍   Thank you to everyone involved in creating a new space that feels like us!
