It’s moving day at Pluxee! 📦 This morning, Pluxee colleagues finally stepped into their new office building. The global headquarters are now more than ready to welcome teams from all over the world within its midst. Do you know what sets our new space apart? Well, it’s not just a regular office! It was co-designed with a panel of collaborators, engaged from Day 1 to make it their own. Employees’ wellbeing was at the forefront of the design from the beginning of the project to its end. The office truly embodies Pluxee’s digital-native and sustainable identity. Every detail reflects what Pluxee is at its core: a place where experiences are meaningful, innovative, and personalized, for employees around the world. The space was not only designed to be agile and premium, but also crafted to align with Pluxee’s Net Zero 2035 trajectory goal. We're already on track, as our new office utilizes 100% renewable electricity. 🌍 Thank you to everyone involved in creating a new space that feels like us! Normally when I sit down to write, the words come as a stream. But this announcement is a little harder to string together the words for. We will be closing the physical version of LAMB on October 17th. Our intention for LAMB was to create a re-imagined version of what work can be like. We wanted to take the existing model – and create a space where the power of humans could be harnessed by making it easier to be more human. A space infused with the tools that meet the real needs that all humans have at work. Rest. Movement. Learning. Focus. Connection. We built LAMB on these five pillars and we’ve gotten tremendous feedback that this approach is needed in the working world: - 2x winner of Most Innovative Workspace Design by BUILD Magazine - Long-listed by Dezeen in the category of Most Sustainable Workspace - Top-3 Co-working space in Sweden by Nordic Startup Awards - Lindsay Hedenskog nominated for Initiative of the Year 2023 by Nordic Women in Tech Awards - 5 star rating on Google - 4,9 rating by 624 users at BRUCE - Featured in VOUGE, Scandinavian MIND and Plaza Magazine But most importantly, we have an abundance of personal statements reflecting the positive impact the LAMB space has had. Not only from a professional standpoint, but also from a personal perspective. However, for various reasons, we were not able to reach the point where the physical workspace became financially viable in time. We will now turn our attention to consulting - using what we’ve developed here to help businesses and leaders bring more human sustainability to their workplaces. Because if we’ve learned anything on this journey – and from observing the shifts in our users – it’s that the working world could use a whole lot more rest, movement, focus, growth and belonging. At our offices at WeWork No.1 Spinningfields, Quay Street, Manchester, M3 3JE. ⏰ What are the timings? We’re opening doors from 4:00pm to arrive, settle into the room, grab food, drinks and have a natter with other workshoppers, with the welcome starting from 4:30pm. We're scheduled to wrap up around 7pm. 📝 What’s the arrival process? WeWork has a sign in process that requires an email invitation. We willl register all workshoppers with a pass (sent via email) that you can use for entry. The plan's to get this sent on Tuesday or Wednesday. Our team will be at the WeWork reception area to help and supply name badges. 🎒 What do I need to bring? We’ll be supplying all the paper, pens, sticky notes, voting dots and more. We just need you to bring a collaborative mentality and we’re off to the races! 🍕 Will there be snacks and refreshments? You betcha! We’ll have a selection of pizzas alongside drinks (water, beers and soft drinks). 🎁 What will we receive? A Usabilitree pack including a full design sprint guide, pen and pack of sticky notes!
