From my perspective, kindness stems from being at peace with oneself and having the sole objective of making others feel great about who they are. Kindness is learned at home. When things are good at home, it's natural to walk with confidence and elevate others to be their best through simple acts of kindness and care. A strong, supportive home environment fosters the ability to genuinely uplift those around us. Do you agree?

No. Kindness is the disposition of your heart toward another. It's your character, your heart, your soul. It's an overflow of deeply rooted things. Non judgemental opinions and curiosity are high forms of intelligence. Seeing opportunities to learn and grow, are a sign of high intelligence. Comprehension of opposing or dissenting opinions and understanding ideas are a complex topic that involves human experiences that differ from ours, might be the highest form of intelligence. My point is this: Intelligence is about your mind and what you've learned from experience. Kindness, although it can include that, is more than that. It is about who you are not how well you process information.

Absolutely agree. In my line of work, I see an abundance of intellectually smart folks, both young and seasoned. When you are good at something, you tend to gravitate toward that. I’ve also found that we can double our intelligence (IQ + EQ) by learning the people-side of intelligence. However you best describe leadership, I see it reflected in one word: Kindness …and no, I’m not talking about Nice. More often, it looks more like tough love.

A beautiful sentiment to remind us all that intelligence is not solely about intellect, but also about compassion and understanding. Kindness truly elevates our interactions and enriches our lives.

Would You Do It All Again? © Gary Shulman, MS. Ed. August 2, 2021 If you had your life to live over again If given another chance Would you choose to revel in petty things Or would you just let go and dance? Would anger rule your mental state For things you could not control? Or would you quickly brush them off So stress couldn’t take its toll? Would you still hold fast to the wrath you feel Toward those who don’t fit your mold? Or would you take a full deep breath And support others to peacefully grow old Would you live your life in a genuine way And be who you needed to be? Leaving this world a better place Adding pride to Earth’s family tree Well sad to say you’ve only one chance You’ve only got today Always choose to take the kind pathway For Mother Earth’s sake please don’t delay

Provided it is used in the right place and context

I agree Kindness is the highest form of intelligence it causes no health issues because response from kindness does not stress you, you share genuinely no motive only to assert human beings have the ability to operate at a phenomenal level that supports any area of life. It hurts no one, the only goal is to encourage, heal, and create unity.
