In Pakistan we say "Wisdom is not any ones property" even a lay man can give a life lesson. So listening your team usually give excellent solutions. Many times person stating a problem has its solution also.
Every voice within an organization deserves to be heard. This isn't to downgrade the importance of utilizing appropriate points of contact, but no employee should feel as though they are not seen or heard.

4dBut it never happens. They will listen and ignore. They will listen to give back answers. They will punish and throw them out. They will threaten you, make your life a living hell. Many employees around the world experience mental harassment. Bosses, driven by their egos, think they are infallible, saying, "I am the king; this is my company, and I am always right." They never apologize and can ruin an employee's life. Why are so many people in the world in chronic depression, either for personal or professional reasons? Who is responsible for this? Is it the individuals themselves? NO It's the people who brought them to this stage. They are responsible.They hurt you and ruin your life in a way that you can never come back. Their all senses are closed they will never listen, never change. So we should not give false hope, we should not even expect. Their mentally torture is an every day cry. People will die but they will stand still with their pride.
