Dear network! Let me now also officially introduce my new venture Embera Partners to you! After 20 years in the corporate world, developing successful businesses in financial services, corporate governance, M&A and most recently ESG, the decision was to become an entrepreneur myself.
In the end, the entrepreneurial mindset was stronger than going back into the corporate world, so now it is on us to deliver and create something special and take advantage of our flexibility, our collective experience, and our advantage to work closely with our clients in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, fashion using a data-driven advisory approach that is unique.

Many of you already know from the interaction over the last weeks and months, Embera Partners was founded by myself, with the support of many other friends, partners, colleagues, clients and even competitors in early 2024.
They will be introduced here along the way, as we want to make sure you can get the right introduction to each and every one of them right here, but first and foremost I must thank all of them. I am extremely grateful to have gotten so much support and help from the network that I have tried to build over the years, now showing me clearly how relationships are the basis for most everything. Thank you all, and together we will build something special for our clients, and ourselves.

At the core, Embera Partners has a unique set-up that is positioned as a boutique advisory firm that uses a fact-based, data-driven approach to consult companies and investors with a focus on the capital markets. Be it senior executives, board members or investor relations and communications teams, we will help with holistic, actionable intelligence to help you uplift your equity story, develop the captable, identify risks and opportunities in your capital markets positioning and communication, including a special focus on the corporate governance and ESG profile of our clients across the value chain and lifecycle, starting in private markets, to public markets and situations like public takeovers or shareholder activism.
As you will see, the core of our team consists of senior experts from the field, with credible experience across multiple disciplines, creating almost an unrivalled roster of people who have faced challenges and solved them along their way.
We will update you in more depth along the way and hope to get the chance to introduce us, the Embera Partners team, our approach, and solutions to you shortly.
