Two of the most asked questions that we receive on a weekly basis are who’s winning business and how are they winning it? Both, can be answered with - “Claims Integration!” Over the past 16-18 months the positive movement in this area is absolutely eye-opening! The progress is so exciting and it’s absolutely the right thing to do today. Yet, a great deal of wordsmithing is happening when carriers can’t facilitate this process. However, when the right questions are asked the select carriers who have made this investment are always prevailing out on top. The farther we move away from front-loaded commissions, subsidies and other financial kickers and see these dollars invested into claims integration our industry will be better served as a whole.
