What tools and platforms do you need to sell on social media?
I would caution people on the chatbot or scripted response approach. You can really tell when a response, outreach or comment comes from someone (or something) that didn't take the time to think critically about the content or the author. But when they do, it *really* stands out and resonates. I'm starting to see generative AI-based responses get there, so that could be a path ahead to be more efficient. The risk is, when you use generic/uninformed responses or outreach, you not only don't land that connection, but you often shut the person off to ever connecting. It's not just apathy, but door closing.

What tools and platforms do you need to sell on social media?
This is something I think people really struggle with. All (or nearly all) of folks I mentor who ask about all these different platforms, and how much time they're spending on them when they should really be focusing on one or two. There seems to be a fear of walking away from a platform, even when engagement there is zero. People are afraid not posting that one thing to that one platform might cost them a sale. I'm a big fan of knowing your niche/focus area, thinking about what channel(s) is most appropriate for that niche, and then putting your energies there rather than spreading yourself thin.

Insurance and claims executives must transform the claims process, making it satis- fying to the consumer while also acting in the best interest of the insurer. The latter doesn’t mean denying liability or withholding payment by any means possible - quite the opposite. It means establishing a strong, empathetic yet e cient process that re ects well on the insurer while protecting their business (largely from fraud) and enhancing competitiveness.Other authors -
