In addition to serving existing energy companies, T.A. Maverick is partnered with some of the largest U.S. energy-focused private equity firms to establish leadership teams for new midstream start-ups. Mr. Joy has fifteen years in the executive search industry in varying ownership/leadership capacities and served three years as Chairman, American Staffing Association’s Professional Section Counsel. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saint Gregory’s University.
