Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions is proud to celebrate #Juneteenth, which commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. On June 19th, 1865, the US Army descended upon Texas to enforce the Emancipation Proclamation, a law which had been passed over two and a half years prior, and free 250,000 enslaved African Americans. Today we celebrate our freedoms, reflect on our history, and continue our efforts for a better future. Happy Freedom Day!

WCTS is pleased to announce our most recent contract award with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Assistant Secretary for the Office of Human Resources and Administration (OHR&A). In alignment with VA’s Strategic Plan, WCTS will support the enterprise-wide training effort to develop end-users and administrators’ knowledge of the system for the improvement of service to our Nation’s Veterans, including a commitment to invest in employees at all levels of the employee life cycle. WCTS will develop training content and streamline curriculum structure for VA’s Talent Management System (TMS 2.0). Our subject matter experts will produce accurate, relevant, and strategic content for personnel training to promote technical and professional development. Utilizing an array of training development tools, our support will cover a wide range of aspects which include instructional design principles, multimedia integration, interactive visual/auditory elements, and current software compatibility. WCTS will implement industry standards to ensure training materials are learner-centric and engaging while producing a positive experience and outcome for end-users. This partnership will guarantee that courses and materials are technically accurate while adhering to adult learning best practices for enhanced engagement and knowledge retention. We are proud to continue our journey of support for the betterment of our Nation’s Veterans. This recent award marks our 10th contract within Veterans Affairs.

WCTS is honored to announce that we have received the 2023 Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award, the only Veteran employment award at the federal level. Julie A. Su, Acting Secretary of Labor, stated, "On behalf of myself and the U.S. Department of Labor, I want to thank you for Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions, LLC’s exemplary efforts to recruit, employ, and retain our nation’s veterans... By meeting the criteria for a 2023 Gold Award, you have shown that you not only honor our veterans, you recognize the value veterans bring to the workplace and you support their success in America’s workforce..." This proudly marks our fifth year receiving the Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award, and we remain steadfast in our alignment to the betterment of America's heroes. The HIRE Vets Medallion Program is authorized by Division O of Public Law 115-31, the Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act of 2017 (HIRE Vets Act).

The holiday season is a time of giving. Winston Churchill famously said, "We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give." WCTS echoes his sentiment and is grateful for the charitable opportunities we’ve created to help spread joy and goodwill throughout our communities. We were recently honored to 'play Santa' by sponsoring a local family of four. WCTS provided clothing, shoes, a basketball hoop, toys for the children, personal hygiene products, and an array of other gifts for the parents, family, and their home. WCTS’ philanthropic acts of service, volunteer support, and financial contributions to nonprofit organizations are year-round initiatives. We hold an altruistic desire to improve human welfare, and are consistently and continually proud of our team of volunteer employees and their families who donate their time to various charities. However, there’s something undoubtedly magical about giving during this time of year. It’s an ideal way to reconnect with the spirit and meaning of yuletide. By showing generosity, thanks, and helping others in need, we remind ourselves the true meaning of the holiday season!

Pleased to announce our most recent contract award: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration's Regional Procurement Office – Central and Procurement & Logistics Office. Marking our 9th contract within Veterans Affairs, we are honored to continue our support for America's Veterans, Veteran families, and their caregivers.

We are excited to announce that Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and global provider of customized solutions for capability development, has been awarded a prime position to support the United States Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Central Office Compensation Service Training staff.   WCTS’ Training team will execute a modern approach to instructional system and content design, development, and delivery in support of programmatic activities managed by VBA Central Office Compensation Service while providing Consultative Services, support to On-Demand training, and Strategic Learning Plans. These initiatives will improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the technical training content and delivery to nearly 13,000 claims processors in the regional offices.   Our training services currently support the VA Office of Inspector General; VA Acquisition Academy; Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Emergency Management; and VHA Office of Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Quality and Patient Safety. WCTS is proud to expand these services to include our newest customer, VBA Central Office Compensation Service, and to develop relevant training capabilities that align with industry standard best practices for adult learning.
