Dedication and Constant Preparation   Last month, the ERT (Emergency Response Team) was committed to operational, tactical and didactic training, all designed to improve the team's operational capabilities in case of emergency. Each day was a journey, an opportunity for learning and improvement, where time was not just measured in hours, but in experiences lived and skills acquired.   The intense environment of emergency training was taken to the maximum level of a real scenario, where all ERT are shaped by pressure and unpredictable demands. Each simulation, each real case, was a test of the limits of resilience and adaptability.   During this time, the team not only gained theoretical knowledge, but also developed a deep understanding of the practical and tactical nuances of emergency response. Confidence in his abilities grew with each training, and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.   Empathy and compassion were fundamental pillars of this training. Understanding the fear and anguish of those who seek help in critical situations is not just a technical skill, but a mark of professionalism and humanity. Everyone who has gone through this course is more than prepared to offer not only physical assistance, but also the emotional support so crucial in times of crisis.   Team spirit was cultivated and strengthened, as everyone learned that in emergencies, collaboration is the backbone of success. Each member contributed their unique skills, forming a cohesive and interdependent system, ready to face any challenge.   As this formative month comes to an end, we look back with gratitude on the path we have taken. Every experience, every lesson, is a solid foundation for al men on the front line. These men are now armed with the knowledge, skill and commitment to make a difference when time is crucial, and response is vital.   May this training be the prologue of a long and dedicated story, where each of these men will continue to be the bright light in the darkest hours.   May the courage and dedication they have shown throughout this training light the way to a safer and more secure future for all.

Here are three ways site safety leaders can reduce training redundancies. Remember: Options for training are good, but maintaining reciprocity is critical to quick availability and long-term sustainability of the workforce.    1. Allow workers to leverage the PSM training they already have, i.e., the Basic Orientation Plus (BOP)/BOP Refresher.  2. Provide access to site orientations where workers live.  3.
