Public Relations and Communications Services

Our best bet for attention and engagement is to become a part of other people’s stories.

About us

We are a public relations firm specializing in corporate and consumer campaigns for clients across the Latin American region. Our fundamental belief: in a world of big data and automation, the ability to connect with people, to inform and persuade them of a particular point of view through relationships, evidence and discussion is more important to businesses than ever. Our expertise is based on earned influence – the ability to consistently convey a message on behalf of our clients to generate a response. The latter may involve a belief, a call to action, a new consideration or simply increased awareness. Our clients’ audiences range from consumers and employees, to business partners and local regulators. We are passionate about and absolutely committed to the region, whose societies and cultures are so diverse and whose economy is growing but which, from a PR agency perspective, remains perennially under-served. From the bustle of Mexico City to the Carnival of Rio de Janeiro, from the peace dividend in Colombia, to Chile’s start-up mentality, we believe that Latin America should represent more than a ‘line item’ next to ‘out of pockets’ on the global PR plan! Our experience from multiple developed and emerging markets brings an operating model that can exploit all the nuances of each market, in a systematic, cost-effective, consistent manner for brands wherever they are based. We don’t simply assume that our audiences’– whether they be consumers, employees, investors, business partners or regulators – are necessarily interested or aware of our clients’ propositions. The fundamental currency for this interest is ‘relevance’, we need to demonstrate the meaning and purpose of our clients’ particular message to their audiences’ lives. We do this by listening to them and understanding their interests, concerns and priorities; our task is then to connect our clients’ brands to the same. This is the essence of the ‘intersect’.

What positions people at the top of your mind as go-to experts on a given subject is down to their visibility across digital media. This is especially important considering that 63% of people prefer companies in which the CEO has their own social media profile. Influencer Marketing & Country leader Bolivia for LATAM INTERSECT PR

#lanuevaerayango #loanterioryafue

The little yellow bird bid farewell yesterday, and I already feel nostalgic. I know I'm a bit late to the news—it's old now—but we were very close to him and witnessed his peak in Brazil, so I couldn´t fail to say goodbye. As the PR agency in Brazil for the little yellow bird, we partnered with Mayank Bidawatka and Aprameya Radhakrishna in this effort to deliver democratic and decentralized communication networks from the heart of the world: India! The little bird spoke nearly 100 languages. He was creative, embraced the fun Brazilians had with his name. His responses became readymade memes. How could you not fall in love with him? But competing with the giants isn't easy. Especially when coming from an emerging country. But warriors never give up! Thanks Koo, thanks Mayanki and team for your trust on us. We are still by your side! LatAm Intersect PR

Although TONIGHT WE HAVE A BIG GAME at Copa America with a strong rival in Colombia, I'm still thinking about the brilliant advertisement I saw on the side of the pitch. South America and the United States "are meant to be together" says LATAM Airlines and Delta Air Lines this Copa America 2024, and I couldn't agree more! At a time when globalization is being discussed, sports is a great reminder of how much we have in common up and down America, as well as this Copa America showcasing the size and diversity of Latin American expatriate communities who call the United States home. Whether your country wins or loses (of course my fingers are crossed for Brazil!), events like Copa America and the Olympics champion the positive, hopeful, friendly sides of our nations. They highlight our shared passions, pride and unity, as well as demonstrating the art of competing with one another while ensuring we all follow the same rules. As we support our teams, let's also celebrate the chance to recognise connections we can build across borders. This international sporting season is a wonderful way we can prove that we truly "are meant to be together". Let the final matches come and the Olympics soon after. We are rooting for the unity that sport provides. LatAm Intersect PR

I had a work trip to Bolivia planned for last week, just a day after the coup attempt on Wednesday. With my ticket already paid for and my flight boarding on Thursday, the coup attempt on Wednesday afternoon left me apprehensive - whether to go or not to go. Following the news closely, I witnessed how immediate and accurate (for the most part) our various channels and means of communication have become. My local team was relaying everything via WhatsApp, at the same time I was monitoring X, and in the backround ran the Brazilian and Bolivian 24-hour news. Bolivia has long been in a climate of antagonism and has experienced many coup attempts, some of which were successful. But it was remarkable to see how quickly the case was resolved, with those who stood up against the government being stopped and arrested. The outpouring of memes that came next - all with a good dose of Latin humor - shared reflections of the events wrapped in expressions of anguish and delight, with everything easier to convey through a laugh and a smile. The next day, I flew, met my team, we discussed strategies, we met with our client who was having a big launch on Friday. Although this was canceled and moved to the following week, the generals are in their barracks, and everything is apparently normal, and Bolivia remains democratically strong. This is a relief and a joy for all of us Latinos. LatAm Intersect PR
