Despite social media not being the top location for financial advisors to operate, young professionals already present on these platforms use it for making financial decisions. What are some of the likely behavioural explanations for this? 1. Salience: information appears without having to search for it 2. Uncertainty: the information tends to be simple to digest and therefore reduces uncertainty of what viewers have to do. 3.
