HIRING: System Support IT Analyst (Brazil) Helix do Brasil is hiring an experienced System Support IT Analyst to join the Onshore Operations team at the Helix office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Resolve hardware faults (Monitors, laptops, desktops, printers, phones). • Building new computers or rebuilding computers. • Maintaining hardware - installing Windows updates, software patches, etc. • Backup and deploy images using deployment manager systems. • Updating and following company procedures. • Setting up user computers, and Cisco IP phones, Managing and installing company software on user cell phones, support/troubleshooting printers, and Conducting user training. • Answering helpdesk tickets (Voice and/or email). • Managing User permissions in Active Directory. • Maintenance of software licensing records • Vessel visits required for maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: • BOSIET (desirable). • MCDST. • 2 years hands-on experience. • Strong PC, Laptop, and Printer knowledge. • Knowledge of Servers, AD, Exchange, and Cisco Call Manager. • Will be required to travel (land, sea, and air) to attend offices and vessels. • Strong service and communications skills. • Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating the demonstration of compliance during internal and external audits.
