Story of process safety 18 March 2024 As a company certified in ISO45001, legal register is a crucial document to encompasses legislation that applies to the organization. Also, not meeting act and regulation requirement may lead to reputation damage for the company. As per company direction and process safety roles, I am responsible as regulation owner (internal) for compliances on Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards - CIMAH regulations 1996 and Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984.
