Jim Fielding, President of Archer Gray co-lab group, YY Lee, Corporate Board Member, and Lucas F. Schleusener, Co-Founder & CEO of Out In National Security, shared their personal journeys and discussed LGBTQ+ experiences in the boardroom, executive offices, and public policy. Their stories inspire us all to create workplaces where everyone can thrive, regardless of their identity, revealing the power of being true to oneself. Jim Fielding (He/Him/His): Jim’s journey involves breaking barriers as an openly gay executive in the corporate world. He has championed LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion within his organization and beyond. His impact extends to fostering a more diverse and accepting boardroom environment where authenticity and representation matter. YY Lee (She/Her/Hers): As an advocate for LGBTQ+ visibility, she has influenced policies and practices that promote equality.
