Three house styles still available in Ballymore Eustace, Kildare

Located on the outskirts of the village of Ballymore Eustace is Tinnycross Park. When complete there will be 92 houses at the development, that have been designed with a traditional stone front on the lower half and render at the top.

Currently in its second phase, there are three house types left for sale. The three-bed semi has a floor area of 1,177sq ft and is priced from €395,000. There are two styles of four-bed detached available. They both measure 1,559sq ft and cost between €495,000 and €520,000, depending on the site.

The houses are A-rated and have high levels of insulation and air-tightness. The shaker-style kitchens have an oak carcass and are indigo blue in colour. Bathrooms will be tiled and the bedrooms will have fitted wardrobes.

Each back garden will be seeded and have block-built walls, while at the front driveways will be finished in cobblelock.

Tinnycross Park is within walking distance of the schools, shops and pubs in Ballymore Eustace.

An open viewing is being held on Sunday from 2pm to 4pm.
