A new development in Terenure is a fine example of high-density urban living. Designed by the international architectural team Hyphen Archi, the houses are being built by MG Developments in an area where space is at a premium.

In this first phase of Mountain View Mews, there are four houses. House No 1 has a floor area of 1,378 sq ft, No 2 and No 4 measure 1,399 sq ft, No 3 is the largest at 1,421 sq ft. They all come with an A-rating and are priced between €945,000 and €975,000.
