I accidentally gave a bad review to the wrong site.

The review below was meant for a different site. So so sorry. If you read it and it put you off, re think because it was posted by a silly billy who can't read that well.



I had a go at the trial but decided I didn't like it so I canceled. Not only was I charged twice for the trial, I have also had two full payments come from my account. This is totally absurd and I cannot afford to pay it. I have tried to call but the number wouldn't work, I have also sent an email and left a message on the website. I am totally at a loss.

They lack one thing Which Sedo have …

When weighing Sedo against Dan for domain transactions, the absence of country views on Dan is a notable drawback. I hope Dan integrates this feature in the future for a better user experience. Despite this, I lean towards Dan over Sedo due to its unique advantage of allowing payments in the currency of choice, a feature Sedo lacks. Additionally, while Sedo provides detailed website traffic insights, including countries of origin and the referring URLs, Dan could improve by incorporating such analytics. Overall, Dan's flexible payments make it my preferred choice for domain transactions.

Dangerous

Dangerous, nasty pieces of work. Infiltrating personal messages and tagging themselves on to it. You could literally be saying privately someone has died, push send and the message goes through with tagged on, "Song.com Domains for $$$$$" Disgusting cesspits of human beings. If you try and delete, you have to delete the whole conversation. This kind of intrusion in the UK would see folk knocking on doors. When i complained, they said sends us the convo.....so you scammers?.....You have a great day now.

SCRAM.COM owes me $150.00 for faulty equipment.

SCRAM.COM owes me $150.00 for a faulty piece of equipment. Me and the company that sells the equipment have both been trying to get our refund since 6/27/23 and we haven't heard anything from them. Are they going by a different name or have a different web site?

It could be better

It was going well, but they kind of messed up with me lately. Their "domain specialists" didn't really get how different TLD rules work. Thankfully, I finally got the domain under my name, but only after a lot of back and forth between me, Dan, and the seller. The seller was not very responsive, but that didn't let Dan off the hook.

I already left a review before and got a pretty lame-A response from Dan here on Trustpilot. Seriously, Dan, cut the games and just sort out your stuff – it'll be way better for your business.
