We recently began a new endeavor requiring us to set up several websites. After much searching and comparing, we settled on a WordPress template from TemplateMonster. We had TemplateMonster install the template along with the necessary plugins. Spencer Brody was the project manager assigned to assist us. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with, our template was up and operating within the set deadline. He made what could have been a time-consuming, frustrating experience into an easy transaction that required minimal from us. We were so impressed we purchased a year-long subscription from TemplateMonster and we will be relying on them to handle at least two additional WordPress sites for us. Highly recommend TemplateMonster, the project manager Spencer Brody, and the quality of the merchandise and service provided.

What a rubbish company. They charge you what they like, do not answer to queries, collect what they want without notification. After emailing them they confirmed a telephone appointment, but never called. You cannot call them and they do not call back. Crooks, crooks. Tomorrow, I will dispute the transactions as they are thieves. Do not use them. All the contacts they send you are just rubbish and have nothing to do with your requirement. You can ask for a salesman, but you would get a CV for an hangman, and they charge you what they want. Crook Crooks

I have been using this software since it was Creative Memories. Throughout the years, I have used this product to create Storybooks to capture special memories. When Forever took over, I needed help to load my software to a new pc & the customer service I received to help me was simply amazing! Your support to provide the patch for my version & your customer support that literally walked me through how to load my older version made it possible for me to continue making storybooks.
