A cool place with nice boat rides across the lake. Also a nice place to spend some time on the dry winter of the region. I really like that place!

It is a good place to stroll around for exercise and sightseeing. We are attracted to waterfront structures such as piers and boardwalks. We are from south Florida, where such things are commonplace. Some areas here could use a little cleaning up, though.

Romantic Outing

Great place to see an appealing sunset, take a chill stroll by the lake, and have a romantic dinner. We had dinners at Sallva and Bierfass, both were perfect outings. The restaurants offer a cozy environment, great service, and the price is not too bad.

Lake Paranoá is filthy. Plastics and discarded empty beer bottles everywhere. Huge cleaning to be done.

Nice for a Sunday afternoon promenade

Lakeside garden with restaurants bars and cafes -sit and watch the World go by or take one of the boat trips on the lake. Very popular and can get busy

Each time we visit Brasilia, we always go here. Make a nice lunch date and walk along the beautiful lake. Relaxed surroundings with many restaurants along the path. Grab a beer or an ice cream cone and sit on the grass and enjoy nature.

Great place to walk and get inspiration what Brasilia looks like

This place is an special part of the lake, there is a walking lane and where you can just walk and also make a very nice meal ( they have many different restaurants ) or either have an ice cream and sit on the grass and watch the view.
From there you can have a sightseen of the bridges and a very special part of Brasilia.

Incredible place to chill, go for a walk with friends and have a nice food, just avoid it at night because there are many parties close there, which are always really dangerous.

Like a country club :)

On the south shore of Paranoa Lake somewhat outside the core area of the city, it's really as "serene & pleasant" a setting as possible for this site with a wide expanse of the lake right beside (with also a "distant view" of the three-arched JK Bridge) as you walk on the paved walkways lined with palm trees where on the other side (not on the side with the lake) are nice green lawns (with also many smaller plants besides the palm trees) and where on those lawns are a number of restaurants (not small shacks but sizeable ones with plenty of seating for customers), so yes a place "like a country club" was just how I felt walking around the grounds of this place (and where also just shortly inside the entrance where the taxi dropped me off is a "small collection" of lanterns-on-pole like Japanese lanterns on a lawn which I imagine must look pretty nice if lit up in the evening). And also, despite its out-of-the-way location, this is not an isolated location with a big gate structure to come through (where there's also a gatehouse) and where I also saw some guards on the grounds as I was walking around (and passing by the restaurants with a number of people in them).
