    It was a terrible stay last time coming here

    Anas the supervisor of the front office was very rude didn’t help us he made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and when we calld the front office manager he only said sorry and didn’t do any thing and when we arrived, we got only two rooms at 12 and we got the other one room at 6 and when we asked Anas to do a late check out, he said we can’t do that with an attitude and this was the last experience in this terrible hotel honestly I don’t recommend this hotel there are lots of other hotels that make you feel much more welcomed and represent the Jordanian culture

    Room tip: Don’t come to this hotel they will treat you horribly

    Holiday Inn is exceptional

    The remarkable improvements I've seen at the Holiday Inn since my last visit seven years ago are truly outstanding. The service was exceptional, and the food quality was excellent. They went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special and unforgettable.

    Great stay

    Great experience for a family vacations, hotel was clean and staff are friendly to help at anytime

    Food was great as well at Al deera, breakfast buffet has a varity of options to choose from
    Pools and facilities were clean and we enjoyed using the infinity pool

    To be honest, i’ve been going to holiday inn for long years and i enjoyed it alot and the food is amazing, pools are insane and beds in the room are the best, holiday inn is special because of there amazing treatment, The food is made by an amazing chef Murad and his food is amazing.

    Room tip: Enjoy it like u want to enjoy it and dont let nothing make u ruin your trip
