We truly enjoyed our stay at Foster's West Bay. Mr. Foster made us feel like family; great location, with lots of activities and a beautiful beach. We will return to the comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and great staff that took care of us. Thank you for the wonderful time.
I recently stayed at one of the Foster Resort properties at West End, Roatan. What a fantastic experience! I have visited many islands and resorts and also lived in the Caribbean, but Fosters Resort, multiple properties, staff, food/drinks and accomodations were all Top Quality. The setting is absolutely stunning. The staff were very helpful and informative about the island, history, culture and how to maximize your vacation time, no matter what you want to do...also very affordable. I recommend 💯%. Ed Riley
On ocean with spectacular views, mini kitchenette, filter water jug in room. Free pool. & Beach chairs on beach for use. Dec 2023 is my 2nd visit to Roatán. I stayed in bungalow #4 in Sept 2022. Fosters West Bay has amazing view Bungalows right on the ocean within walking distance to many restaurants and activities! & you can literally just walk right into the ocean and snorkel! So beautiful!!!
I stayed in this place last spring and it was THE worst accommodation I have ever stayed.i am the camping kind and don't expect frills but also don't expect the shower head to fall on my kid exposing clumps of dirt and muck, have water stop mid shower or after using the toilet, have cockroaches freely roam the place. No hot water, non functional ac, non flushing toilets, bad wifi- it was a dump in a nice location. The second bedroom is just an attic like space that you have to climb up to, that warms like an oven during the day. You have to climb down in boat like ladder stairs to even use the restroom. Do not book this place.
This is a very nice resort with a whole bunch of individuals trying to make a buck off of you. From the beach walking solicitors to the employees of Fosters themselves. Everyone on the beach was charged a different price for 10-$20 each and some got umbrellas included for there $10 and others had to pay extra. You truly feel like your in a 3rd world country. I would not come back here again.
