Our family group of ten descended upon Infinity Bay and were we ever impressed! This resort is smaller than some we've been at but the quality was just excellent. The garden view rooms are really full suites with complete kitchens, living room, and separate bedrooms with king beds. They were clean and well serviced during our stay. The staff was outstanding - every person we met was friendly, professional and helpful. They all spoke English which made communication easy. The beach has some of the finest sand ever. It took about 30 minutes to walk from one end to the other. The ocean water and pool was warm. Excellent snorkeling is available right off the beach. The famous reef is close to shore and easily accessible. We saw sting rays and at least 50 different types of colorful fish. Amazing! There is a dive shop on the resort and numerous other ones in the area. The international buffet features a different theme each evening. There is a large salad section, 6 hot items, usually a served dish or two and a dessert/fruit area. Sea bass was prepared differently each night. The outside seating area overlooks the beautiful tropical greenery and it was still warm in the evenings. An air conditioned inside area is also available. The one a la carte was served at the beach bar outdoors. The menu items were all large servings and delicious. There is no large entertainment theater on this resort but they had several small talented musical groups playing by the beach bar on several evenings. We saw virtually no mosquitoes or insects of any kind. We used US$ only and the hotel was able to change large bills into smaller ones. We were able to use US$ even in the neighboring West End and shops at West Bay and on the beach. The WiFi worked excellent all over the resort. What was missing - an ice cream bar, cinnamon buns, yogurt, mangoes. All in all it was an amazing holiday .

We had done a lot of research on this resort and several others in the West Bay area and chose the Infinity Bay resort because it seemed a little more modern than some of the others and the all-inclusive Sunwing package seemed to offer everything we needed for a week's stay.
The staff at this resort are amazing, because the resort is smaller, they certainly pay attention to their guests and we always felt welcome. When our bus pulled up to the entrance, the general manager himself welcomed us and the staff threw a mini party with drinks and appetizers as we were checking in. First impressions count!
The buffet and beach restaurant staff were always quick to greet us and take our order. The beach bar staff were slow and unorganized and seemed to pay more attention to the cruise ship guests, but that was okay because we didn't have the need to order many drinks over the week.
The villa we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our house keeper did an excellent job each day. We would book an upper floor on our next visit as the ground level room echoed the foot/suitcase/cart traffic and an upper floor would likely be quieter. We also had flooding issues when it rained heavily one evening, but it was easily cleaned up.
We knew that the all-inclusive option would be different to all-inclusive packages we have had in other countries like Mexico, DR and Cuba, but the food was always fresh, good quality and ample for what we needed. The drinks were fine as well and there was more than enough to select from the regular all inclusive package and we felt that we didn't need to pay for the upgrade. They changed the theme at the evening buffet every night and they also changed the options up at lunch as well. We had 2 a la carte reservations at the beach restaurant and the food was great and the portions were on the large side. The fried chicken and coconut shrimp were highlights of the week.
We also researched that the resort is very quiet at night with little to no entertainment, which suited us just fine. The live singers that did come to the resort were very good and we enjoyed them. This is not a party resort and the average age of guests was 45+ at the time we were there.
There are several vendors on the beach, however a simple 'no thank you' would send them on their way. We also found that if you sat in the beach chairs in the back rows or behind the white fence, they did not approach you at all. Security is on patrol at all times as well. The beach is beautiful and if you walk to the far end of the beach to the left, there is amazing snorkeling from the white post in the water. There is a an abundace of marine life to see.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, Roatan is a beautiful island and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to the Infinity Bay Resort.

We went with a group of 16 to this fine resort. The buffet over looked the resort and gave us a great view of the ocean. The staff without exception was helpful and ensured our experience was positive. Rooms were up scale built to be sold as condos the kitchen area were what you would expect at home with marble counter tops and stainless appliances. Only two ala carte meals per week but the buffet was incredible with a variety of dishes, pasta stations, eggs to order or omelettes in the morning. The scrambled eggs on the buffet were the best I have had any where. The entertainment was good although it finished a bit too early for us. the beach was clean patrolled by security around the clock. Local restaurants and bars were reasonably priced.
We would return to this resort.
Shut out to Sindy at the buffet a sunny disposition and we never waited for a thing. Stephanie and Juanito at the beach bar thanks you all for making our stay memorable.

This is our 2nd time at InfinityBay and we are going back again in September 2020. This resort is really beautiful with the condo units facing one of the longest swimming pools I have ever experienced in the Caribbean. The pool ends where their beach begins. The whole layout is perfect with their great restaurant on the beach and next to the pool with a swim-up bar. Across from the restaurant is a stage for music entertainment which occurs often. The beach isn't very wide so you don't have far to walk into their beautiful Caribbean with a yellow sandy bottom. Entering the water is easy because the waves are very small and the view of West Bay on both sides of Infinity Bay are beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained with many palms, bushes and flowers infront of the condos extending towards their pool.
The staff at this resort are so friendly and helpful. They are never too busy to talk with you in a casual way and answer any questions you may have. The front desk staff is always there for you and I must admit that Leah working at the front desk was so warm, friendly and helpful to us. She always has a great smile and shows concern to make sure that your day there is going well. So be looking for Leah upon your arrival.
Staying at a condo facing the pool, we were very lucky to have a wonderful lady caring for our condo and really kept everything clean and orderly on a daily basis. She made beautiful creations using towels and flowers to be laid on top of our bed. Every day, she made something different to form beautiful birds, animals and marine life. I took pictures of them everyday and have never seen such original creations as grand as what our dear Keisy Cubas did for us. I would highly recommend her for your rental there.
Our condo rental included breakfast daily with a beautiful view of the resort, pool and Caribbean as seen from my table on the 2nd floor of their front office building. Their breakfast was fantastic with all the meats, warm and cold cereal, French toast, pancakes, waffles made infront of you, eggs any way you want and probably the best omelets you have ever had with everything or anything. The staff there was wonderful and they couldn't do enough to please us during our breakfast experience.

We have stayed at Infinity Bay now 3 times and each stay is extended. We spent the month of February there. It feels like a second home to us! The front desk staff is very accommodating in making sure the room is what you need for an enjoyable stay. They always treated us with a smile! Our room was awesome, on ground floor as requested and the bed was most comfortable, (very important to us!). Housekeeping did d an outstanding job at cleaning up after us and the sand that gets carried in. The grounds keepers were always busy trimming, sweeping, and the beautiful landscaping reflects their diligence. The foliage here is the most beautiful of any resorts. We went down to the La Palapa early each morning for the delicious brew that Juanito served with a smile. He has the coffee ready each morning for us early risers. We grabbed our cups from our unit as I don’t like drinking out of paper cups. He makes a really good cup of coffee! We had breakfast buffet each morning and it was delicious. Helder makes the best made to order omelette and after a few days knew what we would order! Cyndi, Janaidy, Kericha, and Kerby hustled around cleaning tables and serving drinks. They were fun to see each day. The pool and beach area at IB are spectacular. Standing at the wall of the infinity pool makes you almost think you are in the ocean! On cruise ship days, it can get busy for a few hours as IB offers a day pass for a certain amount of money, but they handle it well. My husband and I love West Bay Beach and the snorkeling right off this beach. We do notice a change in the reef as more and more people seem to assist in ruining it, but it still offers so many different fish and coral than any other place we snorkel. I had a crack in my snorkel mask and took it to the dive shop. They let me use a mask free of charge the last 2 days of my vacation! The guys running the dive shop are top notch! I just can’t say enough about how warm and friendly all the staff is.....they treat you like family. Infinity Bay will always be our home away from home and we really can’t wait to come back.

This is our fifth time to Infinity Bay. As always, it is wonderful. Family friendly and the staff could not be nicer. They really go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Danery (at the front desk) treats you like family and the bar staff remembers your room number. The location is the best beach on the island and there are many restaurants along the beach. You don’t even need your shoes! The dive shop is very professional and helpful and the snorkeling off the beach is wonderful. Another bonus is that you can drink the tap water on the property and all the rooms have full kitchens. If you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation spot, this is the place!

2 time returning love this place very friendly staff our house keeping lady was fantastic. Was very disappointed with the condo owners in 708 had pretty much everything locked up. So we wanted to wash our clothes being here for 10 days Staff email owner to unlock the washer and dryer hich took 4 days for owners to reply and of course owner said no. Which last time we stayed in 2 other condos and had full use of all appliances so we assumed that would be the same. So if you are staying longer and want to wash some clothes request not to have room 708. They have No probably take your money for renting out their place but no trust in you. Will definitely be coming back but will requesting not to have room 708 very disappointed with owner. One star for owner 5 stars for infinity bay.

We have travelled all over the Caribbean for 30 years Infinity Bay is one of the best, the staff are well trained and genuinely happy to have you at their resort. Janeydie in food services thanks for the CR you made my trip, Carlos at the bar fantastic! all the staff go above and beyond any resort I have ever seen. This resort is clean, pool is clean, buffet is small but food is fresh and ever changing. the beach was never over crowed with cruise guests if anything it added to the fun and excitement on the beach. The room was the best we have ever had, One day the hot water tank let go I called the front desk they had a crew of 6 people come remove it cleaned up and replaced it with a new hot water on demand all within 2 hrs we have never seen service at that level on a hot holiday. We traveled as a couple through Sunwing and stayed as all-inclusive guests. The flight was good, and we were transferred to smaller buses, and our luggage traveled separately from us. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by Richard, the manager, which was a nice touch.
This is not your typical all-inclusive resort, it is more of a condo complex with big, fully furnished rooms (that even have full kitchens). There is good water pressure and the rooms are clean, but the furniture showed a bit of age at the time. We had some small issues with the rooms, but Frank the manager at the front desk went above and beyond to fix our problems and make our trip excellent. Overall the staff were all very nice and very friendly, hardworking people.
The food at the international buffet was very good quality, but with some limited selections. For all-inclusive guests, there was also a snack bar close to the beach. There is one restaurant, which you can book two times per stay. There is also a paid upgrade option for lobster at the seafood restaurant. The morning coffee at the beach was excellent, thanks Bonnito!
The ocean was gorgeous, with great snorkeling, and no waves to get in the way. There is snorkeling gear for rent, but I'd recommend bringing your own. The beach was clean and there was more than enough shade for everyone to have a chair.
All in all, a great visit, especially if you like snorkeling and the beach!

We stayed at Infinity Bay for 7 days from January 13-20th. We definitely enjoyed this spot, there is not much to complain about when you are in such a beautiful location but I'll share my thoughts!
Rooms: We booked a basic garden view room. It was very large, full kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. Everything was very clean, in very good shape and in good working order. No complaints at all. We were located at the back of the resort (1900 Block) which looks far from the beach on the map but is really a 1 min walk. It was close to the main building and far from the nightly entertainment which we liked!
Food: Everything we tried was great. The buffet was quite small but they seemed to have a good selection of items and a really nice salad bar. We are vegetarian and always found something to eat. If you have a food allergy or other dietary restrictions you may have a hard time here. The restaurant on the beach had a very large selection, vegetarian and GF options although you can only eat there twice with the all inclusive package.
Beach/Pool - This has got to be the reason everyone comes here. The beach is stunning, crystal clear turquoise water and perfect sand bottom. The reef is also directly in front of the resort which attracts a lot of snorkelers and divers so if you are into that this hotel is definitely for you. The pool is large and clean, the water was a bit chilly so we didn't use it at all.
Entertainment- This is the only real negative to this resort. No entertainment of any kind throughout the day (pool volleyball, water aerobics, water polo, beach volleyball etc). They have paddle boards and water toys available but you have to pay to use them which I've never encountered before. The nightly entertainment was also lacking, they had local musicians play for a little while in the evening but that was it.
Grounds: Very clean and well kept. Everything was in very good condition.
Overall I highly recommend this resort and would definitely go back!

I do not have a definite answer, but can tell you the pool is finished and they are laying the surrounding tile, so hopefully not much longer. Try to stay in one the buildings toward the beach (1-5 and 10-15) as they are farther from the work area. The construction is totally fenced off and did not affect our stay.
No snorkel equipment through Sunwing. I
Understand you can rent on beach 10 dollars a day. Better off to bring your own. I was there two weeks ago tbh almost everyday was full of day passes as locals and mainlanders plus cruise ship people flock to this place. Sundays was full of locals eating food, listening to their music on bluetooth portable speaker and the hotel caters to them more than AI.
Yes there is a buffet, you can choose if you want only breakfast buffet or all inclusive which includes breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and all alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks. Yes there is a mini cafe where you can sit and have coffee in the lobby. During weekends usually at side of the beach in lunch time they hire music entertainment but that does not include saxofón, piano and all that. It’s just the music from the island which is nice! You can do kayak which is free for guests also .
There are more places to choose from in the West Bay area.
