Rooms clean for self catering we got b/b but restaurants not up to volume of people food cold when we asked for fresh food it took along time to come min butter milk sugar run out of butter last few days of holiday staff were ok but it very attentive took far to long to get served no re fill on tea coffee ect
The Hotel was excellent. With good friendly helpful staff. Suzanne the receptionist helped me to organise my tour. My room was comfortable very clean with a lovely view of the swimming pool and the sea. Denise the Security was friendly and was interested in how I spent my days. Steve the Taxi driver took me to the rum tour. And after the tour took me back to the Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit and Oatmeal and good coffee. I enjoyed my stay in The Blue Orchid Beach Hotel. The pool area was comfortable and a nice place to relax.

Just coming to the end of a 10 night stay. The staff here go above and beyond for the guests, they are friendly, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The accomodation is fantastic, cannot fault the hotel. Great location. Would highly recommend

We have stayed here a few times, but this year felt that they didn’t take advantage of lockdown to really take stock of their rooms. It’s in a great location, and the staff are always friendly, but some aspects let it down, as I have shown in the photos.

In late 2017, we did a major job on all of our Rooms. We were closed for two Months. During the lockdown, we all so did some Renovations in certain areas.
However, we will really like to see the Photos that you took, so that we can rectify those areas.

I cannot begin to say what am amazing place this resort is... we had a last minuite booking... Daughter and boyfriend came into Stanstead from Denmark... and we took them to see family overnight... Then off bright and early to Gatwick... Great flight... great transport to hotel... then what a magical stay. It was in 2018... October when it was quiet... Superb room overlooking small pool... our other party members had a balcony on first floor overlooking the ocean!!... Sun, sea sand... fantastic staff who did everything they could to make our stay magical.... we went saw baby turtles hatch and scamper down the beach. Locals came to offer us jet ski rides when we were swimming in the ocean.. Saying Ho to the wonderful Gift shop staff who went the extra mile... the restaurant and bar staff who looked after us so well. Daughter and boyfriend just arrived in New Zealand to spend time with us in the new home we have built overlooking Tauranga harbour... and we have been reminiscing about our magical holiday together... So much so they wish to return... (so do we... but it is such a long way from NZ now.....) Highly recommended!!!
