We had no complaints. The view was lovely and we would miss waking up to it. The pool was awesome, the breakfast was tasty and filling. Each staff we came in contact with were friendly, even the security at the front desk at night.

Review of South Gap Hotel

If you want to stay in the south of the island, then South Gap is a great place to be. I stayed there probably 4 months, as they offer VERY attractive long-term rates. There's multiple supermarkets 10 minutes away on foot, multiple beaches, enough restaurants in the immediate vicinity to keep you occupied for a few weeks.
The staff are excellent, there is a very affordable laundry service, daily cleaning, unbeatable views, on-site restaurant, a full kitchen [everything but an often, but you have two stove tops] for longer stays.
Internet is surprisingly good 100mb up and down. Not really sure what more you could ask for!
The ONE thing I would say is that during typical times, South Gap as an area is a bit of a party strip with loud music at night. You can't really hear it unless you're in the bathroom, but it might not be for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay thanks to tia from front desk that decorated the room for us he love it .from the time we arrived her spirit was it for me. Surely will be back that rum punch oh my goodness lovely. Only thing I didn't really like was the presentation for the breakfast .but other than that the staff was excellent

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with anything. The in house food was great, the dinner was just so delicious. The room was large clean and comfortable, and that made being away from home so much more comfortable.

I had an excellent experience at South Gap, the staff was excellent, the facilities in the room were modern and well thought of. The entire property was very clean. The service in the restaurant was excellent except that menu was limited. I would highly recommend.

I think we loved the shower and bed the most. Definitely would recommend to all of our friends both local and international. We would have preferred a higher floor. The service from the wait staff was excellent.
