There was nothing really wrong with this hotel, however, it had a very tired, need to be completely redone.look. Hey, if you are in for somewhat dark rooms, decorated in 80’s gold, this might be the place for you. There were lots of signs of wear. There are other areas hotels at this price point that I rather stay it.
One-star, expect a LOT better from a Hilton Garden Inn property. Extremely dated, no hot water (only gets up to barely barely warm), tv cuts in and out (and no NBC? what?), worn, very dated/tired, and threadbare overall. The sink in our room was cracked, door jamb rusty, and there was hair in the bathtub. Bathrooms are also extremely small. In a few words, nothing but disappointing. Look elsewhere.
Booked this hotel 11/28/23 using Hilton Honors points. When I checked in the clerk said no charge for room but needed credit card on file for “incidentals”. When I checked out and received my emailed receipt the clerk had billed full price of the room $193. No credit for the 38000 points used. Don’t book this hotel using Hilton honors points!!!!
Roger, I am certain that if in fact you stayed at our property that it was an error. In my 50 years in the hotel business, I have never bait and switched anything nor has my staff. We will look into this immediately! Thank you! Bob
Did not change my bed sheets rating 1 when i stay in a hotel i expect my bed sheets to be changed daily and at my request I called down to the front office and asked them to change my sheets they gave me some ridiculous reason and said they only change them when i check out or something to that affect. I should be able to get my sheets changed when i want them changed they dont know if i spilled something on my sheets or what ever i was doing so when you do things like that its important to write a review and let other guest know dont expect your sheets to be changed when you stay here i will never stay at this location again

Johnny was amazing at the front desk. Your Hampton/Hilton network is so stupid and confusing. But, Johnny was amazing in helping me get to the right hotel. It shouldn’t be this hard to get to your room.
