Not To My Liking

The linens were old and with stain. 1 long flat pillow per bed. I asked for another one but wasn't given any. It was hard even to asked for a bottled water. In 7 days, they didn't even gave us new shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Only the small bottles given during check in.
Foods are very basic and almost the same every meal. What I don't like is the lack of things at times. Things like sugar, ice, coffee creamer and sometimes even spoon. Also, there are venues like coffee shop, wine bar that aren't open. The pool and beach bars clised very early too.

I would go back to this hotel, but I would bring my own drinks

The rooms are nice and big building was close to the beach. The beach is great. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is they do not know how to make coffee the coffee was disgusting. I’ve been to Cuba five times different resort and the coffee was always amazing. They don’t know how to make drinks they were not good

Room tip: Bring a lots of bug spray tan lotion, beach is amazing

Great resort

Service, beaches and the resort itself was exceptional. Rooms are updated and clean. Only thing is food was ok. No shortage but not much selection. Also if your not use to mosquitoes swarming at you, cuba is not for you. There are TONS of mosquitoes. Make sure you load up of repellant and aftersun. Other than that it was a really pleasant stay. Shout out to Roberto Terry from the lobby bar. He was super sweet and provided exceptional customer service.

Room tip: Bring sunscreen, after sun and bug spray

Experience at the Grand Ashton Resort

Me and my family stayed at the Grand Ashton hotel and we had an amazing time. Resort and service was amazing. Food is expected to be simple but overall experience was great. Roberto was excellent. Amazing customer service. He was very helpful in all aspects. Only downfall was that the mosquitoes were alot more deadly here than any other resorts we've visited.

Room tip: Bring alot of after bite

Holiday in Grand Aston Paredon

We booked 3 rooms. Hotel very clean and nice rooms with amazing view. The Beach is like a Paradise. They have 4 a la carte restaurant and we enyoyed the food and service of the Appationato restaurant. Buffet lacking some products but they cook with good flavor. We enyoyed the stay, staff is very friendly and helpful.
