Me and my family stayed at the Grand Ashton hotel and we had an amazing time. Resort and service was amazing. Food is expected to be simple but overall experience was great. Roberto was excellent. Amazing customer service. He was very helpful in all aspects. Only downfall was that the mosquitoes were alot more deadly here than any other resorts we've visited.

We booked 3 rooms. Hotel very clean and nice rooms with amazing view. The Beach is like a Paradise. They have 4 a la carte restaurant and we enyoyed the food and service of the Appationato restaurant. Buffet lacking some products but they cook with good flavor. We enyoyed the stay, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Second time. We love this hotel. Staff makes us feel at home. We continue recommending Feng Shui and Appassionato a la carte restaurants. There are a lot of mosquitoes in may & june, but it didn't stop us from having a good time as always.

idonys is the best bartender he is so funny and interactive. This resort is the best I have been to in Cuba. I love it so much. It’s so clean and modern, family friendly friendly the night shows are absolutely gorgeous and fun. The cleaners and entertainers are so kind and funny and want you to enjoy every single bit of ur stay.

Third time and not my last. This is my home away from home. Friendly and professional staff always. Clean 10/10 good is average to good we all know the drill on that topic. The beach and pools by far the best around. I have travelled here alone and with friends and I always been happy with my experiences. Not one complaint!
One thing missing is a nice 18+ cigar bar. See you soon my friends.
