Absolutely outstanding service. We were here for Ironman Chattanooga 70.3 and they were more than accommodating. The entire hotel was immaculate and updated. Every staff member - from front desk, chef, to maintenance was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure athletes and family members had what they needed. We will definitely stay here every time.

Excellent experience with a Hilton Garden Inn. The service, cleanliness, and location are great at this hotel. We only stayed one night but every associate was pleasant and helpful. You’re literally A minute walk to the discovery museum, climbing gym and river walk.

This hotel was great! The room was clean and very well located. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff here made our experience very nice. The parking is very convenient and safe. I would not hesitate to stay here when in Chattanooga.

Recently went to Chattanooga with 3 other couples to attend a concert with at the Walker Theatre which is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff very courteous and attentive. Room was very clean and in excellent condition! Would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Chattanooga.

We had a terrific stay. Our room was very clean, the staff was exceptional and friendly. The location was perfect - many restaurants and spots for a nightcap within easy walking distance. The riverfront, with its views and 13-mile walkway, was just around the corner as was the Tennessee Aquarium. Many folks were enjoying High Point, a climbing venue for all ages , and the Creative Discovery Museum was literally next door. I was very impressed with the hotel and with downtown Chattanooga.
