We had tons of stains on pullout couch and makeup smears on door. The pool burned our eyes immediately and could only stay for a few minutes BUT it is a great location. I would look into one of the newer hotels when we go back to Chattanooga.

A great location for the Tennessee Aquarium, restaurants, baseball, and other downtown activities. Friendly staff and the rooms were very clean and the hotel appears well managed. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

We had planned to stay at the Hampton inn & suites but their pool was closed for repairs which was a huge disappointment for us. Thankfully with help from a wonderful front desk lady, Lana, we switched to this hotel which is only a block from the other one. Although very busy, Lana helped us with the rate, and got us the same type room we had at Hampton. The pool at the Garden Inn is smaller, but had a hot tub which was great. Just like everywhere else, they are struggling to hire enough employees with business picking up, but every worker we saw was friendly and helpful in spite of being extra busy. Courtney at the front desk was very helpful in helping us arrange the pick up of our rented mobility scooter. Location is great for Aquarium, restaurants and shops. We would stay again

Room wasn’t cleaned probably. Trash under the beds, cabinets clearly had water damage and was busted. Very outdated. I expect nicer rooms from a Hilton. Lobby area was really nice. Wish I could say the same for the rooms.

Rooms and hallways were dirty. Mold in showers. Beds had stains on sheets and covers. Only 3 towels with a family of four.Pool was very unclean and it would burn your eyes just being in the room. Not worth the money at all.
