Great location, warn reception, room clean and spacious. There are many choices I could have made, however, location was the main reason. Very pleased with level of service especially clean and the food was very good (surprised for that size hotel). No need to go elsewhere for a meal!

Our son had a wrestling tournament in Chattanooga this weekend. We chose this hotel because it wasn't too far from the venue and was within walking distance of the Aquarium. Everything was fantastic with the exception of the noise made by other guests. It seems that the walls were very thin and we could hear conversations all night and kids running up and down the hallway early in the morning, before 7:00am. But other than that our stay was excellent. Definitely recommend.

When we travel the hot tub is a valuable experience for us. The hot tub in the pool area is extremely small fits like 4 people. Also the hot tub on the particular evening wasnt working properly it was Luke warm at best. We reported the problem, someone came and looked at it and didn't resolve the issue.
The hotel was ok, nice rooms, staff was a bitq snobby, and I'd probably try a different hotel the next time we go thru Chattanooga.

Regarding the situation that occurred with the hot tub; unfortunately, there was a mechanical issue with the pump and due to it being a holiday weekend we incurred difficulty in securing a repair service. Please know that the issue was addressed the following Monday.

The hotel is central to everything. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The staff were really nice and helpful. Room was spacious clean and you could tell it had recently been remodeled. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.
