Visited local areal plenty to do for all the family. Old colonial is a must visit with family or friends it can cater for everyone.

The rooms have been updated, very nice. Read the fine print. Has a tv but only a few channels, you need to bring a cable for your own streaming. Don’t book online I was told. We got room three, it was tucked away in the corner, no place to sit, or view from out side your door. When complained, I was told , well you booked online! You get what you get. I also believe it was the same price as other rooms. Otherwise than that vey nice place

Really liked this place! Very clean! Loved the room! Met the owner very nice! Shirley who works the front desk, what a hoot! Location right on the beach, less than a 1/2 mile walk to center. You can see the pier from the motel. We will be going back!

Still furious!!! Last year I’m fall, we travelled hours for a beachfront pool which was promised to be warmly heated.
Triple checked before coming! Got there and the water was ice cold freezing. Told me they had to shut the heat off because of cold nights a week earlier. I left, because the owner was refunding me for my troubles. I left a google review and he called my cell, cussed at me and told me he was not processing but refund any longer. This was the most unprofessional service experience I’ve ever had. And they still owe me my $250 weekend. 0 stars

Very nice and clean place. Friendly Staff. Great centralized location with beach access, restaurants, shops, and amusement park. Free parking. Military friendly, just let them know at check-in. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to OOB since I was a child. Loved our stay, the view from our room was beautiful and the room was very nice.
The staff were very friendly, Would definitely recommend staying here!
