The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our accessible room was spacious but had a smell of cats that may have originated from the rear of the inn. We needed to purchase some Renuzits to mask the smell. The only other negative involved footsteps from overhead. The sound of the upstairs guests walking (or running) across their floor was annoying. Future guests may prefer an upstairs room if they seek less noise. The Inn is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. There is a path behind the inn which leads to Ogunquit Beach and involves a 15 minute walk. The Ogunquit Playhouse is one mile away. There are chairs outside each room for guests to use. There are Adirondack chairs sprinkled around the property for relaxing. The pool area seems well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Complimentary hot beverages are available in the lobby area. The price of our stay was much better than many other properties in the area.
