We would like to personally apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify you or reservation as your username does not correlate to a reservation. If you would like to further discuss your stay, please feel free to contact me directly at 941-315-2898. Unfortunately, if we have a busy weekend, and guest's do not rinse of their suntan lotion prior to hopping in the pool, you will start to see a slight discoloration in the water. We have several signs posted around the pool area that instructs guests to rinse off before swimming. We also treat the pool daily in an attempt to avoid this type of occurence. Please note that this never lasts more than 24-hours and is usually rectified as quickly as possible.
Regardless, we understand your frustrations. We also know that we have plenty of room types available to offer you more space. Unless you had chosen the most affordable option, this would not be the case at this property. I truly hope you reach out, and I look forward to speaking with you.
