An ABSOLUTE DUMP!!! The good reviews must be FAKE!! The PICTURES WERE DEFINITELY FAKE! We went in the room and left immediately!! They have a 30 day cancellation policy! It didn't matter because there was NO way I could have stayed there!!!!!

Dump! Run down, rusty appliances, chipped worn out furniture. Pop machine out of order. No coffee packets for morning coffee. Blinds with no curtains for privacy. Window air conditioner which runs constantly. Front office closes at 5 pm. Positive note - 2 nice pools. This room is not worth $80 let alone $257/night.
We have be going there for many yrs now .and we love. we will miss it .we stay up to 3 weeks .we wil miss .it 2 heated pools and it's right on the beach.and every one was friendly and it was not to busy.and was very clean.wish we could go back before they tear it down.
You'll read good reviews, don't believe a word. This place is a sparse, old, worn out, nasty nightmare.
It's incredibly spartan, what's there is worn, old, and filthy. It was very cold the weekend we stayed, we had to spend more time in the room than normal, consequently we were trapped in side. There where NO comforts of any kind. There is an air conditioner in the corner of the room, that had buttons to switch it to warm air. When switched on, something started to burn, the stench was unbearable. The windows would not open, so we opened the front door to let air in, our neighbors in the next unit proceeded to smoke outside our door and we were forced to close it, trapping us inside with the putrid burning stench.
This place isn't habitable. For. Anyone! Made worse by paying nearly $200 per night.
Do yourself a favor, pass this one up.
