The hotel was nice. The staff was great but the beds were so uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. Ask for extra blankets to make things softer. Anyone who has back problems would do well to be sure they bring anything to make their stay in bed comfortable.
I have repeatedly contacted the hotel (at least 6 times) by phone and email to receive a copy of my 3-day hotel stay. I attended a school competition here in early March and my students, chaperones, and I stayed in six rooms. I am totally disappointed with the customer service at this hotel and I am still waiting for a response from them.

DONT EVER STAY HERE PEOPLE MAKE A BUNCH OF NOISE ALL NIGHT STOMP AROUND AND RUN IN THEIR ROOM AND DONT QUIT. Tryed to call front desk and THEY DONT DO A THING not even security comes out plus place is a dump red roof inns and motel 6s are nicer they look like the ritz carlton compared to here.

No kitchen at this facility, but showing in amenities while booking. First day A/C machine was not working and the other day not able to open the door. Too much waiting time to talk to manager. Water is too force in bathtub, can't off the shower, hard for kids. Property looks old, definitely not 3.5, may be 1.5 star

This place needs to hire better housekeepers. The rooms are not cleaned and it shows. From the second I walked in I knew I needed to go purchase cleaning supplies. The air conditioner was loud. And parking is minimal
