We had a very good experience overall. The receptionists at check in and check out were very courteous and helpful. Cleaning staff was excellent. We had the suite and the room was spacious and clean and we got good rest after being in the parks all day.
Best Western plus in Orlando Florida was incredible ! It’s very clean , smelled really nice. Julian at the front desk was very helpful. He knew I had kids so he gave us the first level which was very convenient for me. It’s close to everywhere and we get a free shuttle to Disney World! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends! And we’re gonna keep coming back to this hotel .
The rooms were smelly and the carpet was old. There were guests partying in the hallways at 3 AM and we had to call the front desk for help. The most uncomfortable beds, the breakfast was just okay. My family will not be returning ever.
I enjoyed the stay and the front desk took care of my needs. Nice & clean room. I would stay again, there are no views, you're getting a nice room and good service for the price. Decent breakfast so you get a move on your day
The checkin/out process was easy. Front desk attendant was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and smelled nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature was perfect. Breakfast area was clean and tidy. There was a nice variety of both hot and cold breakfast options all of which were well stocked. The coffee was perfect.
