We've visited many resorts in the Orlando/Kissimmee area and this is one of the better ones. The units may not be the most modern, but they are very roomy and have every amenity. The Wi-Fi even stood the Family Zoom call test. There are several pools and a variety of amenities. The employees are very nice as well. We will definitely be coming back.

The heater turned on and we could not adjust per the system. It was 79 degrees in my room and I was sick with sinuses. Tge toilet was broken. Lisa moved us to another unit that had a T stat to control just our AC. The Jacuzzi tub jets did not work, the ice maker did not work. The basketball court was loud, the kids running around kept me up. The grounds crew woke us up almost every day with loud gas powered tools. The master bed was very worn out and squeaky. Did not sleep well the whole trip.
Oh boy that does not sound good! So sorry for your troubles but I hope you will give us another chance in the future!
amazing everything loved it, i was near to everywhere , loved the apartment. it was very respectfull with everything. seriously loved the way customer service treated my wife and me... and even my daughter... amazing experience overall!

Very clean , great service , great value ... Best of all , close, close , close to everything Disney... Quiet, clean pools ... beautiful landscape... Room was just right for family of 4 . King size bed and washer and dryer ... Full kitchen ... Loved it ... I hesitate to leave a great review , its one of the west gates best kept secrets !

We had soccer playoffs. The suite was amazing and less than the hotel the team was at. A++. Great helpful staff as well. Wish we come have made more use of the facilities. Perfect location to everything.
