We were here for a company training event. Ms Louree took care of us and was AWESOME! She is an amazing person and employee. Rooms were clean and the cookies at check in rule. They even had my favorite beer ,Yuengling FLIGHT, at the lobby bar.

We stayed here one night before going to a Disney hotel and the staff here were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us when the airlines lost our luggage. The room was spacious and clean. They do not offer transportation to Disney Springs but we were able to get an Uber ride. The rain prevented us from walking.

While attending my Yuengling regional business sales meeting the whole Double Tree staff gave us all a great experience. Ms. Louree Jefferson was a positive host for us. She was so hospitable with the best attitude out there. Best hotel experience I’ve had in years. 10/10 experience

Although dated and a little worn, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked a 2-bed patio room, which we loved. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a great time ordering lunch and drinks at the pool bar.

I came home a few pieces short of our clothing. They didn’t fall out of my suitcase so unless the airline took them it was most likely the day housekeeping was in. I tried to resolve with the hotel but I kept getting the runaround with different staff. I can replace the clothing but it’s the breach of trust that occurred.
I also got very sick and nobody else in the room did but I had the air vent blowing over me and I would imagine there are issues as the wall repair on the 4th floor hallway was falling off the wall near the windows with the rain during our trip. Our bathroom clearly had water issues with the poor ceiling and floor repair that was evident.
Felt like a budget hotel. First and last time I would ever stay there.
