Hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly and accommodating. Lobby was updated, rooms were not. Our room was clean, but the furniture and carpeting were worn and needed to be replaced. The sofa and chair were especially uncomfortable.

All the staff were very courteous, the room was clean room and quiet. The transportation to the parks was very easy to use and they were right on time. We have a family of five with you g adult kids (our youngest is 17) and our suite was perfect. We will definitely return.
We’ve stayed at value and moderate hotels owned by Disney in the past. Due to rising cost and less offered to on property guest, brought us to discover Doubletree. Not only are the rooms bigger (accommodating family of 5) and price smaller but we still had 30 minute early entry and shuttle to the parks. Very clean rooms and excellent customer service. Definitely up to Disney quality. When we go to Disney next time we will return to Doubletree Disney springs area. Great experience!

Stayed here for four days while visiting Disney World. Of course the cookies are amazing but the staff was just as sweet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we were there and it was very clean. I rented a Mobility scooter while there with no problem. We used the bus transportation and it was very clean and a time saver. Although there’s a charge for normal parking there was no charge for handicap parking. This was a definite plus. We will definitely recommend this place.

The location was the best . So close to shopping and Disney world . Will book again at this hotel. Rooms was clean and no noise within the hotel while we stayed.very willingness to help out with restaurants in the area and service right away from the front desk.
