Cute place, well located near Sea World, but an older unit. "light" cleaning is done daily but you make the beds. Nice and Quiet, loved the raccoons! Staff at the front desk were very helpful as was the guy in the lobby who sells tickets to the many parks and other activities you can do during your stay.
Pros: For the price, the “suite” had almost everything you need for an extended stay-linen, pots/pans, kitchenware. Close to a lot of the attractions.
Cons: The locks on the doors left a lot to be desired as far as feeling safe; the furniture is very old and dated; ROACHES in the kitchen and bathroom.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! Upon check out, I noticed that my front hood of my car was keyed up. I contacted front desk, asked if they had cameras to review to see who keyed the hood of my car. To my surprise, I was told no. They only have cameras at the front desk parking lot. So he basically blew me off. Nothing he could do. So it's concerning to me, how do you protect your guest in times of emergency if evidence is needed. Your guest should be your primary concern. Even the most run down low budget hotels have cameras on their property, but yet your condominium "resort" does not. My vehicle was damaged on your property, and I was told there's nothing they can do. Very disappointed in this property and how they handled this situation

My family and I had a great experience staying here. The staff was friendly and polite. The pool and hot tub was great. Will stay here again. The rooms could use a little updating but everything was clean and comfortable.
Me and my daughter stayed at the hotel for two weeks and we enjoyed our lodging very much, we would definitely come back. The room is very comfortable and offers everything we need, including a full kitchen that was very helpful for breakfast and snacks.
The furniture really is old, like the sofa and the carpet, could be changed. But the bed is extremely comfortable and we sleep very well every night.
We didn't use the hotel restaurant once, but it was open. There is also a small market at the hotel reception where we found some things we were in need of.
We used the laundry too, it was very helpful. The location was also very good, close to all parks, restaurants and even the Vineland Premium Outlet.
In short, for the price compared to other hotels in the region, the hotel is very good and I would stay in it again.
