They charge for room service and that is around $20.
They will not give you anything extra. Very limited supplies of shampoo and soap. Nothing else.
Their pots and pans are very poor quality.
If you dont take room service ($20 per day extra) they will just change the towels. Nothing else. No room vacuuming, bed sheet setup etc..
Cumon.. you are on vacation. Not here to clean your own rooms.
There is lot of noise in the room from water heaters, air conditioner and people living above you.

Thank you for your comments. The Parc Corniche is a condominium suite-hotel and as a self cater property- daily maid service is not included as regular hotels do.

This hotel was sufficient for our needs for the week, as it provided us a place to sleep each night and the area felt safe and conveniently located near restaurants and the parks. The fact that it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was nice. However, the place is old and the beds were really hard in both rooms. The couch and chair in the living room was severely stained and needs to be replaced. The stove is electric and the burners didn't fit correctly so I didn't use it. There is no ice maker but an ice tray. The rooms were hot at night and there aren't any ceiling fans or box fans in the rooms. So we left the doors open so the air would circulate. The bathroom door stuck in the guest bathroom and both toilets got clogged while we were there.

I tend to not need anything extravagant with a hotel room. I really just want a bug free reasonably clean room. Our room (5203) was not clean and had lots of bugs and roaches. When I did tell the front desk about the roaches they did move our room (3112) which was cleaner and bug free. My concern is this seemed like a normal occurrence when I talked to the staff and if you look at other reviews it seems like this hotel has a big roach problem. This is a shame because the location is awesome, right around the corner from Seaworld, aquatica and discovery cove with short drives to disney and universal. The room set-up was awesome. We had a full kitchen with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As much as my family loved the room setup and location, we can't justify coming back due a concern that we will get another roach filled dirty room. If this property got the roach problem under control it would be an awesome place to stay, until then I just can't recommend this place and will not be returning.

If you could bottle customer service, you could make millions of dollars selling the service offered at Parc Corniche. It made me think I was at a fancy (expensive) resort, not a great-value family condo. Whether front desk or maintenance or breakfast buffet or midnight security (we checked out at an odd hour), to a person the staff was top-notch. Kudos!

The room we rented definitely needs a refresh, but was sparkling clean and functional in every way. Just older. For the price we paid it was great value.

Not much of a pool, compared to the wild water parks at some resorts. But in our case we didn't even plan to use the pool so I'm glad I wasn't paying for a pool I didn't use.

During our stay our toilet got clogged. Maintenance arrived about 5 minutes after our call, fixed the problem permanently, and was super friendly.

We chose the property based on price and location. Mostly location. I worried because of the low price that it would be a risky property, but Parc Corniche has a high satisfaction rating on booking sites and that rating is well-deserved. It's in the heart of everything, including gas, groceries, etc.

If you want a fancy, new property, pay more elsewhere. If you want to get more value than you pay for, with excellent service and a fantastic location, and are willing to ignore a dated interior, then this is your best choice. Highly recommended.

My family and I spent our holiday vacation at Parc Condominium and Suites from the 23rd to the 2nd January 2020. It was our home away from home.

Our time was peaceful, and quite joyous. From check-in with Will to check out with Botto. We ventured about a few days and dined out the same. The property was well maintained. The staff was pleasant. The pizza was delicious. We dad the supreme, just scrumptious and hearty, seemed to be made with love.

Housekeeping checked in daily, unless I didn't care to be disturbed. The bedding was fresh and clean, a good night's sleep. Hubby said I even snored. Lol. So did he. For families this place is perfect.

I really don't like pools and besides it was cool-cold to say the least, but my daughter seemed to enjoy herself. My son built up muscle mass from his gym attendance. Lol.

I cannot say anything negative about this place. There was a minor discrepancy with my room service bill and that was resolved immediately. Thanks for that.

If you go searching for flaws and problems, then you're likely to find them. Just enjoy yourself and family time. Moments like those are what's worth the trip.

I'n not the one to revisit the same hotel, but this one is a keeper. I will keep Parc Corniche Orlando on my list. Keep up the good work. Best regards.

I just checked in to this hotel and I find that the check in process was not what I expected. The young man that was helping with checking in was very inpatient and unwelcoming, which put a damper on my day. During check-in hotel fees needed to be collected, the card I was trying to pay with was locked. Upon trying to unlock it via web, the attendant being impatient advised he would come back in 20 min, in which I advised that was unnecessary as it only takes a few moments to unlock. Less than a minute passed and the attendant advised he had other tasks to accomplish and would ask me to return in 20 min. At this point I just chose another card to purchase with. I then asked could I have a balcony floor, where he advised that there wasn't any. Due to the travel restriction the parking lot was scarce, so it is hard to believe there was not a unit ok the second floor. I do believe he did not want to take the time and issue me another room. If I am spending a $1,000 dollars at a property the least I could have done was been greeted with a smile and two minutes of patients.

Room was large, that is about the only positive! We had a balcony deluxe to sleep 6 with 2 rooms. Room was filthy, our feet were black from walking around barefoot. Bugs, ants and cockroaches crawling around everywhere. Wouldn’t use coffee pot as bugs in there too and filthy. Sliding door to balcony wouldn’t lock. We were in building 4 which was the furthest from reception, hard for MIL after knee surgery. Included breakfast was sufficient but very carb loaded- bread, cereal, donuts, waffles and not much else, occasionally hard boiled eggs. Disappointing to see plastic plates and cutlery in this day of sustainability. Shuttle to parks is great but not good times- either 7.30 am or 11.30 am. Miss a lot of day or have to rush rush in the morning. Evening pick up at 10.30 takes about 1 hour to get back after all stops. We were lucky to have a vehicle to get around as nothing nearby or in walking distance.

Terrible.
When we got to the hotel, the host Marcos was kind and recommended that we should get an upgrade to the Villa area, where the apartments were newer, in comparison to the others.
I paid $830 for the upgrade as the guy was very convincing about it. What a mistake.
Furniture was really old, most of the drawers doors wouldnt close (in the kitchen and in the bedrooms) and the walls and ceiling in a very poor shape.
We did not sleep well during our 2 weeks period of stay, due to our bedrooms not having black-out curtains. So at night the rooms get lightened up by the lighting poles from the street and by the sun really early in the morning.
If the Villa is the newer area, I can't imagine how bad the other apartments are like.
The only day we decided to have our breakfast in the apartment due to the hurricane, we came to know we had only one pack of sugar and that if we wanted more we would have to pay $3 for a big glass of sugar (which we would certainly leave most of it unused).
We complained about it with the attendant, and he said we should have been advised about it from the start. Marcos, the attendant who recommended us the upgrade, was not working there anymore.
We pay for the resort fee for what? $25 extra per day to go through this stress?
We were not happy with this attendant either - can't quite recall his name, maybe Rafael - a young and big brazilian guy.
He was of no help at all, and was in the defense the whole time.
People from cleaning and room service were lovely and kind. No complaints about them.
Our complaint here is mostly on the horrible structure provided vs what was promised (having paid what we paid to have the best out of the hotel) and also the bad service we got from this particular attendant.

Me and my daughter stayed at the hotel for two weeks and we enjoyed our lodging very much, we would definitely come back. The room is very comfortable and offers everything we need, including a full kitchen that was very helpful for breakfast and snacks.
The furniture really is old, like the sofa and the carpet, could be changed. But the bed is extremely comfortable and we sleep very well every night.
We didn't use the hotel restaurant once, but it was open. There is also a small market at the hotel reception where we found some things we were in need of.
We used the laundry too, it was very helpful. The location was also very good, close to all parks, restaurants and even the Vineland Premium Outlet.
In short, for the price compared to other hotels in the region, the hotel is very good and I would stay in it again.

We've just checked out of the parc corniche condo resort after a weeks stay. After reading the variety of reviews on here I was a little concerned, but our stay proved I need not have worried! The condo complex is set off international drive and is extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condos are spotlessly clean and while the decor is somewhat dated, it was a very comfortable and pleasant place to spend our time. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, utensils etc so the option of self catering is very easy. We didn't dine at the hotel restaurant so can't comment.
There are 2 publix supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the complex. We were here to spend our time at the various Disney parks and our location couldn't have been easier...just a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this resort for families looking for a self catering base while in Orlando.
Oh and we didn't see one bug while in our condo!!!!

Depending on your children's ages and experiences there are all kinds of things. You can go in the evening and park for free at City Walk outside Universal, eat dinner, they have street type entertainers, lights, water taxi. There is a trolley up and down international and on the strip there are lots of attractions, Ripley's believe it or not, etc. I am sure there are city parks to play and picnic, and if you have a rental car you can go canoeing and exploring springs in Sanford, Lakeland is close with lots of lakes and walking areas. Daytona Beach and the Space Center with within easy driving distance. And, after one day at the park if you stay til close you wll probably enjoy sleeping in, swimming at the condos, and maybe renting a movie etc. It will be very hot and humid and exhausting. Thank you for visiting.
