We've just checked out of the parc corniche condo resort after a weeks stay. After reading the variety of reviews on here I was a little concerned, but our stay proved I need not have worried! The condo complex is set off international drive and is extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condos are spotlessly clean and while the decor is somewhat dated, it was a very comfortable and pleasant place to spend our time. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, utensils etc so the option of self catering is very easy. We didn't dine at the hotel restaurant so can't comment.
There are 2 publix supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the complex. We were here to spend our time at the various Disney parks and our location couldn't have been easier...just a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this resort for families looking for a self catering base while in Orlando.
Oh and we didn't see one bug while in our condo!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Parc Corniche. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. The location was ideal and close to airport and amusement parks. We were so close to Sea World that we enjoyed their nightly fireworks. The only complaints we had were that the beds were quite hard and the windows did not have screens on them so opening the windows to allow for fresh air was not an option due to bugs, etc. Overall it was a good value and we would stay there again.

Went here recently for a family vacation. It wasn't bad just not updated in any way. Unfortunately, my dad (early 60s) slipped in the tub because there are no grips in the tub or handles. He is fine but caught his balance on the toilet and left with a slight cut on his toe. So be weary if you are afraid of falling. We told the office at the end of our stay and they apologized (but that was all). We first stayed here in the mid 2000s and the furnishings are still the same. Very dated and doesn't look too appealing. They still have popcorn ceilings and not a great selection of channels to relax. However we didn't spend a ton of time in the room but still would have been nice to return to a more updated arrangement.
