Dirty band aid on the rug. Windows crusted with dirt!
Paid for ocean view, gave us street view. Guy was very rude on the phone. Would not change our room!!
Street was so loud. Couldn’t sleep. Bed was hard.

Definitely never visit again! So dirty and cockroaches are everywhere. Only the front desk is know English.
First, they wanted to give us a road view room. Even we paid for an ocean view room!
Second, I went to the front desk complaining about cockroaches and they asked me if I know Spanish!!!! I asked why? They said to communicate with the room service person. Because they don't know English.
Another thing we turn back to our room after our trip to the museum. The room was smelling chemicals. Immediately I went to the lobby and they said they will send a maintenance guy. He came and he doesn't know what was happening also I couldn't explain because he doesn't know English. After a while, the security manager came too and she was pretending nothing smelling.
All facility is so dirty and not repaired. Rust and cracks everywhere.

The room was clean and large. It was on the beach and room came with beach chairs and umbrella use. Nearby on beach is a drink and food shack. The hotel has a pool but it was not heated so too cold to use in January. Right out front is a bus and trolley stop. The trolley is free and we used that. Also the express bus goes to airport for just $2.25. I would stay here again.

This hotel is old and terrible maintained. The rooms are dirty and they smell like humidity all the time. The worse thing is the customer service. I booked a room for a week because it was close to the location where I had to be working during that week. When I got there I had to wait over 45 min. To get help. Then they sent me to my room without a key because their system was not working. On the second day I came back from work and I’ve realized that my items were stolen and the toilet have been used. I went to report it at the front desk and they said that accidentally had given the key to my room to another person. After that I’ve asked to talked with the manager and after 7 hours she finally showed up. She said they couldn’t do anything and suggested to call the police and file a report. So I did. When the police officer arrived the front desk called her and she refused to cooperate and never show up again. I got upset and started asking for her in a louder tone, triggered by my frustration. 2 hours after that I received a call from the front desk saying that I had to leave the premises. That my reservation has been canceled and if I didn’t leave they would call the police on me. Since I didn’t want to stay there anyway at the point I packed and went down to the front desk requesting a refund only for the days that I had paid in advance and I wasn’t going to use. They only authorized one day refund and no of the resorts fees. I felt violated, lied to, and ripped off. Terrible experience. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I really liked staying at the Lexington. The rooms were great and seemed to had ben recently remodeled. The service was also pretty good although there was just one person on reception and it could take some time to solve quick things like getting beach towels but they were really nice and understanding about it. If you speak only or mostly Spanish I really recommend it because almost everyone was fluent in Spanish here. Location also great with a CVS down the block and a Big Bus station just outside the hotel. The pool did get a little crowded buy the beach was great and peaceful and it was just outside the hotel and they give you a keycard to access it. Plus they checked us in early and saved our bags while we waited so that we could be at the beach while we waited. The walls are quite thin but that actually did not bother me at all. Don't be taken away by the bad reviews, this place is great and seems to be improving day by day.
