Lourdes was absolutely astonishing in taking care of us during our stay and made sure we felt comfortable and appreciated while at the same time giving us nothing but the best in hotel expert care !!!

Always a pleasant stay. Manager William is always attentive to any illegal behavior. House keeper Karina is always on top of the maintenance in the rooms. And I have to hands down give it to House Man ROSIBEL is always going above and beyond in maintaining the pool area. From the sun rise having to clean the overnight mess and then hose down and set up the pool area for the morning Rush . To then maintain the pool dock thru the day he is always just drenched in sweat. He is awesome. The whole house keeping staff is always on point from drying floors and cleaning bathrooms and door glass. Love Them All. Wish I Could name them all.

Ever since my separation in October 2022 .I've been staying at my Dad's house. I started to come here alone then saw how friendly and pleasant it was to stay here I started to bring my children. It has Now Become My second home. All the staff is always pleasant. Want to welcome Kimberly to The Red @South Beach Family. William (manager) is just a great manager goes above and beyond at his reach to satisfy a customer's needs during there stay. Love it Here

The hotel was exactly as advertised the room we chose was exact to the pics facilities all were working properly the personnel on duty during our stay were pleasant and very helpful Laritza and Sofia were the front desk personnel and we algo got help by Popy around the pool all always with a smile. The only things I will definitely have to mention is the AC in the rooms is preset to a certain temperature. I am used to being in a colder setting, so that was definitely some thing I would change and there is no microwave in the room. I know the hotel is planning a major renovation and hopefully they take these two matters to consideration but regardless we will definitely be back.
