We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Coral Key Inn.
We had a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious. The large bedroom had a king bed and a very large walk-in closet.
They have 2 pools. The one which faces Del Mar and has the largest pool patio was very cold, while the one that faces Ocean Blvd. was perfect.
The building and palm trees are lit up beautifully at night.
It is only steps to a beach portage entry directly across the street. Many of the units have an ocean view through a park directly across the street on Del Mar.
Groceries are just a few blocks away at the Publix as are all the bars and restaurants downtown.
The air conditioner in the kitchen had some drainage issues and needed to be shut off but the one in the bedroom worked fine. They were unable to get the one in the kitchen fixed during our brief stay but it was not a problem as the local temperatures were fairly moderate in January and the larger one in the bedroom offered some cooling capability to the rest of the apartment.
The hotel manger, Sevim, was very personable and helpful. She is very customer focused. She invited us to store our luggage in her office until we were able to check-in. We are able to check-in about 2.5 hours before the 3:00 normal check-in.
